Great sound quality and technology with the touch sensors for volume, music and call functions. Comes with 3 different earbud sizes, I tried all, but none of them fit very well, and the earphones keep falling. Perhaps good if you are just sitting at a desk, but not really "Sport" earbuds. Returned back to store.

      Hey Sophia,

So sorry that your expectations were not met with these earbuds. If you haven't already returned them, I'd recommend checking out our tutorial on getting the best fit - https://bit.ly/2XCHIcA. This will improve both the sound quality, as sound leakage will be minimized, and they'll stop them from falling out of your ears.

Pro: -Sound quality -Comfortable -In ear detection Con: -Battery life -No volume control -No EQ settings -Can’t turn off without putting them back in the case TL;DR Overall, these offer great sounds and are comfortable, but not perfect. The limited touch functions and inability to power down without the case were my biggest gripes. The battery life could be better, but 4-5 hours is still within the norm. Sound As expected from Bose, these sound really good. The balance, sound stage, vocals, they all sounded clear. Playing music, I can hear more details and variations in the sounds. Bass, while not overly punchy, has enough emphasis to enhance the music. Having used various earbuds recently, the sound quality differences were obvious from the start. Comfort These are very comfortable and light. It includes three sizes for the ear wing. I chose the smallest and even with that, they stayed in my ear while I’m out walking about. I don’t feel anything pressing against my ear nor do they feel like they would fall out. The silicone ear tips are all the same sizes, so they didn’t create as good of a seal for me. Functionality Out of the box, setting up was easy. You need to download their app to pair them, which was easy to do. Once done, they reconnect as soon as you open the case. These have touch buttons, and unfortunately this is where the negatives come in. They work fine, but their functions are very limited. The right side can only control playback and answer calls. The left can only do two things, hold to activate your voice assistant and you can set the double tap to either skip forward or check battery level. That’s it. There’s no way to control volume other than to adjust them on your device. There’s also no way to turn these off without putting them back into the charging case. You can disconnect them in the app, but if you leave them out, it just stays in standby mode, which still drains your battery, and any slight movement will reconnect them to your phone. I disconnected them and left them on my desk only to find out that they reconnected and the battery died. This makes it so that you need to have the case with you all the time, which can be annoying since the case is a bit large. These also have in ear detection that pause playback when you take them out of your ear. You can toggle this on/off in the app, but didn’t affect the mentioned reconnection issue. The app is also limited. From the main page, it lets you connect and disconnect, control your music, and displays your battery level. In the settings you can turn on/off the in ear detection, choose one of two commands for what the left side touch function does, and enable voice prompt. You can’t customize sound settings or anything else. The voice assistant is also locked to your phone's native one, so no choosing between Siri or Google. Battery Life Each charge, realistically, would give you about 4 hours. After an hour, the battery level of the left is at about 80% and the right was at 75%. The case will give you an extra 2 charges. The case does have a 15 minute quick charge, which can give you about an hour worth of battery.

Hey there, it's really great to hear that you're enjoying so many aspects of your new earbuds, including the sound quality and comfort.

I'm sorry that you feel there are some limited functionalities. Regarding the lack of adjustable EQ settings, the earbuds actually feature our signature Volume-optimised Active EQ, therefore, the lows and highs are automatically adjusted for the clearest audio.

The discrepancy between the left and right earbud's battery life will actually be resolved by ensuring that you have the latest version of the Bose Music app installed (13.0.1 for iOS and 13.0 for Android)

      Thanks for your feedback!

Recently purchased these looking for a good earbud for running with. Pros: Honestly the sound quality is very good in my opinion. The sound has a nice deep base and if you upgrade to the latest firmware you can adjust the EQ on their app. These are also the most comfortable earbuds I've ever used and while I'm running they stay firmly in place with no threats of falling out. Cons: If you research some other reviews you'll find that people have had issues where one of the earbuds just won't sync as well as earbuds failing to charge overtime. I've been only experiencing one of the earbuds failing to turn on whenever I go to use them. It has gotten so bad that I'll be literally fiddling with the earbuds for five minutes before the right earbud finally syncs. I'm crossing my fingers that the charging issue won't happen to me but I'm not very optimistic. Conclusion: I honestly really can't recommend these earbuds even though I really want to. When they work they are very good earbuds but the syncing issues as well as the charging issues make it hard to recommend.

      Hi tyty.
Sorry that you have to return the Sport Earbuds. It is such a good headphones.
The EQ settings of your Bluetooth device affect its sound quality and output. These settings are commonly found in the device's audio settings or in the settings of the app being used to play audio.
By easily adjusting the EQ settings of your device and disabling any other sound playback adjustments this can be addressed.
