    All in all, the color ended up being the best thing about these earbuds. Size of earwings were not helpful, they always fell out no matter what. Then, they hurt after 30 minutes. Lastly, the touch countrols were crap. Cant play/pause on both sides which was the major downfall for me.

    Total failure. One of the buds stopped working and the touch co trols dont work.

    I love the way the feel in my ear, but sometimes feel that the ability to answer calls is s little difficult,

    Difficulty connecting to apple products. Periods of time where the left ear bud wouldn’t connect to Bluetooth only the right would.

    I am a Bose fan for a long time but this was a disappointment, I had the sound sport headphones and they are far better. Louder better mic and more comfortable. They changed the ear fins so they became less comfortable. the ear canal seal is too big even the smallest fin size. (not the case in my SoundSport) Microphone is absolutely horrible. Listeners complained that my voice was far or too much background noise. this product is not Bose appropriate.

    The bass is not as good in these are buds as they are with the wireless sport buds qnd sometimes the earbuds dont sync with each other

    The left pod stopped working on the three day i bought it. I tried everything to fix it myself (im an advance technician for electronics) but could notbresolve the issue. I wouldnt say they're necessarily bad, but my experience with bose earpods are that they arent very comfortable. Besides that and the left bud issues, they're good.

    One of the earbuds keeps cutting out. Have to reset them every time you use them. Not the quality you’d expect from Bose.

If this happens, simply returning both buds to the case then removing them again should resolve any synchronization issues.     For $140 , these headphones are horrible , connection issues , sound is good but not loud , charging issues . And when I go to bestbuy they say that they can’t do anything for me . Do not buy

    I would not recommend these earbuds. I had the predecessor to these and enjoyed them. I wish they hadn't broken, but I thought these would be a good replacement given my previous. They are not. The right earbud takes forever to connect to my phone while the left one immediately connects and provides sound.

    Great for 1 or 2 hours use max then it does get a bit unconfortable, but thats about the max in everyones workout which is what it is intended for. Make sure you turn on the volume controls if not it doesent come automatic.

    Left earbud stopped working after a couple months. Bose will only replace it with $100 refurbished pair. Avoid Bose earbuds since this seems to be a VERY common problem.

    These don’t work half the time with iPhone they stoped working for a month randomly started to work they do not sound good at all there loud but audio quality is terrible Bose isn’t too dog anymore by a long shot
