Call-wise people cant hear me good on these and the touch interface is frustrating crap. The sound quality for music with bose is always great though. I will return these soon. I dont even want these as backup headphones.

I love the teal color. My only critique is the battery life seems less than the previous model, but it's not bad.

The first week they seemed to work fine but then people started to complain that they were hearing themselves echo. The right ear bud goes in and out or will sound like static. Half of the time it will not connect to bluetooth. Very disappointed in the quality especially coming from Bose and they were very pricey. I would not recommend these.

Amazing Sound, not so great battery life

I have worn them for multiple hours while cleaning and running around my home. Even purposely shaking my head to knock them out did not make them budge. Phone calls sound great. The other party hears me without any issues. I am seriously impressed with the sound. Most wireless earbuds I have tried seem to be limited in acoustic range and it is limited even more when they do not stay perfectly in my ears. These things truly have full sound. I played a variety of types of music and I am impressed with the strong bass and crisp highs. Definitely a step above the rest. Where these are lacking is the battery life. Unless I have a defective battery, these do not last anywhere close to "up to five hours." I have been able to get about 3-4 hours of music play. An hour long phone call drained my right battery to 50% and left to 70%. The charging case is also larger than some other buds I have, but hopefully it makes up some extra capacity since the bud batteries go quick. Maybe they are made purely for shorter usage, and not weekend warriors who want to listen to music why they get their chores done. I still recommend them because the sound and comfort are amazing. Hopefully the battery issue is isolated and they will last longer for others.

Regarding the battery life, you should be getting up to 5 hours of listening time at a moderate volume. Things like higher volume and phone calls can cause the battery life to be shorter.
