    One of the worst earbuds I ever bought. I have so much trouble connecting my earbuds to my iPhone. Even the app is so terrible. I don’t know if it’s just the one I received but paid 160 for these just for them to work so terrible even the sound sounds like regular cheap earbuds when listening to music. Don’t not recommend

    They are very easy fall from the earth’s , I’m planning to return them oh one more thing a take long to connect to my phone first is the left and then the right one and takes around 40 seconds to connect the right side.

    Great headphones for small ears. I don't need to constantly fiddle with them when working out, they stay put. Switching between different devices could be easier. You need to use the Bose app.

    After 8 months of moderate use, maybe 5 hours weekly. One of Earbuds failed. This is third set of bluetooth headsets that I used. None of them worked more then 8 months. For this kind of money, this unacceptable.

    At first I thought the problem was just me, but no!! It was the stupid earbuds!! The sound started getting distorted during phone calls and when I was watching movies! It said on my device that the song was playing, but I heard no sound! I tried every problem solving idea, and nothing worked! Give me my freak'n money back!!!!

    These wireless headsets worked GREAT at first. Within a month they stopped working. They wouldn’t even Sync to my phone. I was very surprise because I have a lot of Bose product and I’ve NEVER had a problem I’m so happy Bose stands behind their product. They’re shipping me out a new set today.

    Worst product, just once it crosses 1 year, it will stop working. Even though Bose i thought is a brand.

    Bose has always been about subltey with their design philosphy and all about Research to get the best out of all their products. I've used many of their headphones and earbuds over the years. My favorite was by far and large the QC35's, which I did get the privilege to review and they absolutely blew me away. Fast forward to now and the Bose Sport Earbuds. Again I've used and reviewed around 10-15 different earbuds and I've had my favorites and those I've never used again. Naturally the Bose fit in to the former. These really are some great sounding earbuds. The design of them are similar to some others I've reviewed. More of an angled design to better fit in the ear. Setup with them is pretty straightforward and quick. If you're using the Bose app on your device, it only takes a minute to connect it to the said device. Put them in to pair mode, open the app, let it detect and then it connects flawlessly. IF that fails you can always go about manually pairing through Bluetooth. Sound quality is what you would expect with a typical Bose product. There seems to be a bit more balance on the lower end of the spectrum. Highs and mids do well so your vocals will come out clear. I of course do prefer loud boomy bass in my listening, a phase I've yet to still outgrow in my old age. There's still plenty of lows though. There is some isolation with these but it's not the focus. The focus is all on fit, comfort, and stability. Regardless of what you're doing, they stay in where they belong and don't fall out like some other's I've used. There's a few different sizes that you can use with them so you can make sure you're getting the best fit and sound quality. There are a couple negatives with them. Battery life for one, they're rated up to 10hr's. I got a little over half. It does depend on how loud you're pushing them, but still, they're not great. There's not controls on them like there are on the SoundSport Free's. These use a touch based design where the face of the earbuds are your controls, you just tap them. This won't appeal to some, I don't mind it cause it's easier than fumbling around for physical buttons, which typically consist of a tiny little strip or button you can easily miss. Probably one of the biggest detractors is that there is no way to set an EQ for these as it's not supported in the Bose Music App. This could change in the future with Firmware and App updates, but at this time this isn't possible. The charging case is nice. There's no wireless charging here. The earbuds can get 2hrs of charge from the case in 15mins so that's a pretty big plus when you're out an about. The case does take a bit of time, 3 hours for a full charge so you can just plug em in when you're doing something else. Overall they're really nice, very comfortable and provide a great listening experience.

    Absolute TRASH. More often than not, they don’t automatically connect when they’re taken out of their charging case. And when they do, sound only comes out of one, or the other. I have a pair of the more expensive noise canceling earbuds, and those have been completely trouble-free. I had hoped/expected the same performance out of these. WOW, was I ever wrong! I’m not going to bother submitting a warranty claim, because I honestly got much more satisfaction taking a HAMMER to them. Not much left of them to warranty…

    I didn't really enjoy these i tried every ear bud the product came with and i couldn't get too fit securely in my ear so I exchanged it for the beats instead

    Horrible.. Was so disappointed. Have a few Bose products.... Was expecting the quality.. But the bass is non existent... Lyrics are clear.. But that's about it. For the price Google pixel A or pro buds are the way to go

    I don't like the fact that if you only use the left bud you have to keep the case open. Also, they do not flush with your ear like they say they do. It sticks out at the top and barely stays in

    Garbage would not recommend. Still have to operate your phone which is suppose to be the whole point of a earpiece so you won't need phone in hand. To end calls you have to hit...not tap...hit earpiece with your finger to end calls which does hurt ear drum. Battery life sucks as well.
