    The earbuds have performed great so far. This is my 3rd pair,and functionality has changed somewhat. Making it cumbersome. But still, love these earbuds!

      Hi! While the app offers a great range of additional benefits such as firmware updates, easy device switching, and the ability to control prompts and shortcuts, is it not required for you to use your earbuds.     This was a total down grade for bose. Controlling ur phone with ur earbuds was no longer an option. When talking on it, it sounded like ur under water. Quality was just horrible. Bose should really do a recall on this model headphone. The older one was much better.

      Is it your voice that sounds underwater, or the voice you are hearing from a call? If you find that your voice is exhibiting this problem, I'd encourage you to take a look at the fit and positioning of your earbuds.     It is super sensitive to surrounding noise, more than any earphone I ever bought. It exaggerates the surrounding noise to be stronger than my own voice. Whomsoever I talk to using that earphone complains about it. I am thinking of returning it.

      Hello! Sorry to hear that you are having issues with the microphone in the earbuds. I would recommend ensuring that the earbuds are angled correctly so that the microphone array can pick up your voice correctly. Be sure to have the Bose logo on the side of the earbuds pointed towards your mouth and chin to get the best performance in calls.

    Garbage earbuds.

    Overall rating is "zero." This earbuds are absolutely garbage. They never stayed inside my ear no matter what size I try. It's like throwing $180 to the garbage. That's how I feel about this product.

    If you previously had a set of noise cancelling earbuds, then youre not gonna like these. You can literally hear everything around you while playing a song or listening to a podcast.

    I only buy bose headphones. Had to upgrade to wireless eue to new phone. No complaiunts here. Easily charged and used. Love them!

    Horrible product. Have had these for only 3 months, now the left ear bud disconnects constantly and I have to go through 20 steps to try to get it to reconnect. I went on the Bose site to try to file a warranty claim and app they did was say they are out of warranty, (at 3 month) and offered me a discounted new pair for $115. I only paid $129 for this pair, so I guess they feel you should have to pay $115 every 3 months if you want to use these. They are horrible, buy a different brand

    Not worth the money if your just buying them to listen to music there ok Bluetooth you find yourself yelling like a crazy person because who ever your talking to cant hear you bad quality i returned them

    Left ear bud does not work

    Left ear bud doesn't work consistently. I have to constantly put the ear buds back into the case and then put them back in my ear to make the ear buds work.

    Dissatisfied with these headphones. Battery life is no more than 4-6 hrs. Their too sensitive, it will stop the music every few mins at times. It will randomly make calls on its own.

    I was extremely disappointed. I had them for just a few months and they just stopped working. Thank goodness I had the extended warranty.
