    They didnt stay in my ears. Sound quality was swishy especially with noise cancellation. Stick with wired ones or the clunky over the ear things.

    Don't buy the white Bose. They fell apart

    The bose electronic piece separated from the ear buds and fell apart. I was unable to find the electronic piece that got lost on the ground, and Best Buy wouldn't accept the return. This is the only time a manager was very rude. The black ones work great, but still over time, the buds will stretch off from the electronic piece, and you won't get a replacement without all the parts if any piece gets lost during the separation

    Great ear buds but could use a bit more volume to the audio for a better user friendly experience and thus making the listening experience a bit more appreciated and comfortable

    I love these. Fit perfectly. They do not come out of the ear once you get the right fit. Great sound, secure fit, what more do you need?

    Terrible!!! Connection was awful, and they worked only intermittently. I have owned BOSE audio products in the past and was extremely pleased; however, these earphones had the quality of a cheap Asian knockoff. Maybe I just got a bad pair, but at that price, not interested in trying a replacement. Returned and moved on to another brand. I am done with BOSE!

    What can I say other than Bose never disappoints. I bought these for my wife and she loved them right off the back, but she eventually bought Airpods and gave them to me. The charging case is nice and durable and can hold charge for many days and quickly recharges the earbuds without any issues. The earbuds are very comfortable and come with 3 different ear sizes for more options. I love that these earbuds can be used just by touching them when they are in your ear, and not having to reach for your phone every time you want to change music or raise or lower the volume or answer phone calls. The sound quality is awesome but Bose always is. Definitely recommended.

    I got these because the Jabra 75 elite T I bought brand new didn't work. These on the other are great .

    Previous model was single ear for calls, this one is both. However this model seems to have connection issues with my ipone12 pro. It looses typically only the mic or it cuts in and out

      I'm glad you've been enjoying some of the new features on the new Sport Earbuds, like having call audio through both ears. You definitely should not be experiencing connection issues while using the earbuds!     Couldn't use one headphone at a time. Made me download an app. Overall not user friendly. I recommend something more plug and forget.

      Thank you for your feedback. Single earbud use is not supported by the Sport Earbuds. If only using one earbud, make sure to use the right earbud. The right earbud is the "primary" or main earbud. It controls the left earbud by relaying audio from the source device. Also, the app is necessary for updates and settings change.     Bluetooth connectivity is terrible, they disconnect constantly, and the battery life is very poor.

    STOPPED WORKING AFTER 5 MONTHS. WHAT A JOKE. Functionally not worth your time for an actual sports earbud.

    Worked great for about one month. I sent it back to Bose for repair. If I return to Best Buy I lose my geek insurance. Not happy!

    The volume was low in one ear. The earbuds wouldn’t stay in my ears. I have an older model sports that was perfect. It eventually stop holding a charge beyond 15 mins.
