Last less than a year, I couldn’t get it to fix, at the beginning worked ok, after some months stop working.

Before these we had the Bose Soundsport True wireless earbuds, we had also purshesed the 2 year plan with them. They had clear phone calls and you could hear everything clearly. The battery life was about 8 hrs less on hotter days. Besides that they were one of the best earbuds owned by my husband. He works in the construction industry that being said he's tried multiple and none of them have held up to to Bose Soundsport. Trust me when I say they paid for themselves because he used the a lot. Now, they decided to stop making them and they came up with these new ones. We only got them because of our warranty. The charging box on the other ones was on its last leg, otherwise we wouldn't of traided them. We were told that these had replaced the Soundsport they were better and cheaper. They most defenetly NOT better by any means. The sound quality suck on these, at times he couldn't tell what people on the other end were saying, the other person on the other side of the phone had a hard time hearing him. Also, they are not very comftribal to wear all day. Not to mention, the battery is more like 5 hours. This is why it's a 1 star for me I would give it a zero if I could. P.s. we ended up re-buying the Bose Soundsport from eBay.

Great product with easy to use modes, highly recommended

The sound quality just wasnt there with these things. No base, no treble, no volume to the sound. I listen to audiobooks more than music and even the random zoom meeting on my phone and these just didnt do the job at all people sounded like they were inside a tin can and they complained i was in a long hallway

Okay sound qaulity lacks bass poor connectivity to app bad ear bud to ear buds syncing

would not fit in my ears, even with different size buds. the small ones fell out and medium hurt. i had the wired old version and they felt great. guess back to the old pair.

These Bose earbuds sound incredible - let me lead off with that. Bass is its weak spot, but only if you’re picky. Music and voice are both super clear and accurate. When I use them in shorter bursts (around an hour), the comfort is great and I barely notice them in my ears. However, I recently wore them on a 3 hour flight and they started to get painful toward the end of the 3 hours. I don’t think it’s actually the fault of the earbuds though - it’s because the prongs on the ear bud that match up to the shape of your ear press on the same part of your ear as mask strings. If I wasn’t wearing the mask I don’t think I would’ve had the issue. Since masks are a part of our world for now, it has to be mentioned. I’m also quite pleased with the ambient noise from these earbuds. I don’t believe there is any active noise cancellation, but because the buds fit snugly, it does a good job of filtering out noise. That said, it’s also really easy to hear when someone is talking to you with the buds on. As an example, when I was wearing them on the airplane, I could hear my content clearly, the noise of the plane was sufficiently drowned out that I didn’t really notice it, and I could hear the announcements from the pilots and flight attendants. I’ve also worn them while walking and jogging and they haven’t budged in my ears. While that’s not the specific reason I got these, it is a nice bonus. Outside of the comfort issue from the mask, I am very pleased with these earbuds. They sound incredible, which is the main point of headphones, right?

I don’t ever write reviews but I will on these. Save your money and get something else. Your just buying the name on these for the price. I’ve had much better for half the price

I had high expectations of these, since I’ve had the wired ones since they original release, however these are not up to standards. My first set left ear bud wouldn’t stay paired, and sounds like it has water inside( might have been true) but these are no where near durable as the other ones. Sound quality is find,
