    Great sound & fit but constant connectivity issues

    Sound quality is fantastic. The fit is great, although it took me a bit to figure out which of the included "tips" to use. They stay in my ears, even when biking 30+ mph. All of that may make them still worth the purchase, despite the complaints below. The big negative on these are connectivity issues. If you just use a single device, you're probably set and these will connect automatically and quickly. But if you're like me, looking to switch pretty regularly between multiple devices, they get pretty frustrating: sometime a device says it's connected, but it's not, sometimes you have you to press the "ready to connect" button multiple times before they're actually ready to connect and sometimes they'll automatically connect to the wrong device after the lights blink blue before you've had a chance to connect to your preferred device (the nwhole point of the ready-to-connect button is to tell them that you're about to choose a device, so why they still connect to anything automatically at that point is a mystery). My devices often throw an error up saying they can no longer connect to them and I need to "forget" them and reconnect. All in all, I rarely can get them connected to a new device in less than a minute, and it's not uncommon for me to have to try for several minutes before getting them successfully connected to my preferred device. Also, be sure to undertand that these are not noise cancelling at all (nor do they claim to be), which is a positive for me and ideal if you're running/riding near traffic since they allow you to still hear everything happening around you.

The earbuds will remember up to seven devices and when powered on will connect to the closest device that is stored in this list. To easily switch between devices, use the Bose Music app Bluetooth device menu. If any issues occur, be sure to clear the pairing list by holding the Bluetooth button in the charging case until you hear 'device list cleared' from your earbuds.     I wasn't throughly impressed. I got better sound quality out of my AirPods Pro headphones honestly. Just missing the wow factor.

    These Bose Sport earbuds are probably the best sounding wireless earbuds that I have tried. I have a number of other pairs of wireless earbuds and these earbuds sound much better than my other earbuds. I also own other Bose headphones and considering these are in ear vs over the ear, they sound very good. I would say not quite as good as my over the ear Bose headphones, but very good. Every manufacturer has their own idea about how to design an earbud to sound great, fit well, and stay in your ear. I must say that I really like this Bose design. The earbud is mostly outside the ear with a small part in the ear canal and a wing like retaining piece that holds it into the ear. They ship it with the medium size tip/wing installed but recommend that you try the other sizes to see which one is the most comfortable for you. I am happy with the medium size. It fits me very well and is very comfortable. Bose has an IOS or Android app that can be used with the earbuds. I found it necessary to install the app in order to figure out how to use the earbuds. The earbuds ship with two pieces of literature. A thin one that basically instructs you to Download the Bose Music app to: Set up the earbuds. Use all touch controls. View detailed battery life. Get new features. Then it tells you to wear both earbuds. The repeats in multiple languages. There is also a very thick booklet with Important Safety Instructions. This booklet has 5 pages of safety information, but nothing very useful. After setting up the Bose Music app I was able to see the battery state of charge and customize the earbuds a bit. The app is a bit clunky and not very intuitive. Regarding the battery life, I was able to get the full 5 hours of use from a single charge. The odd thing was that the right earbud was at 5% and the left was still at 40%. I do find that my right earbud does not last as long as the left. The case has 5 LED’s to show the state of charge. There is a charging cable in the box as well, but no charging block, but I guess now days that is pretty normal. After the case was down to 1 LED, I placed the earbuds in the case and charged them back up. It only took about an hour and a half for them to fully charge again. The case has a magnet in it so the earbuds snap into the case when placed close. I’m not sure how many charges you get from the case, but at least a couple. My only real complaint about these earbuds is the missing features that other earbuds offer. There is no volume control from the earbud. Your options are pause/play or answer/end a call from the right earbud only. This is done with a double tap. If you remove the right earbud it will pause as well. If you touch and hold the right earbud you can access the voice assistant. The functions worked well for me. The left earbud can be programmed to ether skip a track or check the battery level. You can customize that in the settings. These are not noise cancelling, but they do block out quite a bit of ambient noise. I found that if someone tried to talk to me at low volume levels or even on pause, I had a hard time hearing them. So they do block noise reasonably well. The Bluetooth worked great for me. I can put them in my ears and they tell you they are connected. If you want to use a different device, just turn the Bluetooth off on the other device and they automatically go into pairing mode. The range is very good. I can move about my house without taking my phone along and they hardly miss a beat. So the Bluetooth is better than many of my other Bluetooth earbuds. In general, I am very pleased with the earbuds, but since they are lacking controls found in much cheaper earbuds, If I could give them 4.5 stars, I would. Since I can’t give them 4.5 stars, I’m giving them 4 stars, but I would highly recommend them.

      Regarding your observation of the different volume levels, this is likely due to the fact that the earbuds use a master and puppet connection. The right earbud is the master so doing more than the left.

    Horrible don’t buy, they batteries dies less than a 3 hours , you can’t use as a single pair I’m really disappoint about this product

      Hello! The Sport Earbuds provide up to five hours of battery life per charge. If the case is fully charged, it can provide two full charges for up to 10 more hours of use.

      You can use a single earbud, I'd recommend using the right earbud and placing the left in the case for safe keeping. The right earbuds houses the microphone array for calls and also handles the connections for Bluetooth.

    Garbage don’t waste your money. Siri activates constantly doesn’t stay in your ears and now a month after buying they don’t work!

      I'm sorry to hear you've had Siri activations. This occurs because the touch pads on the earbuds are being engaged for a few seconds. Please ensure you do not hold your finger against the pads for too long and this will prevent the unwanted activations. For fit, please ensure you try the different sizes of tips included in the box. Please note that not all ear shapes are symmetrical, you may need a small size in one ear and a medium in the other.

    I returned them and grabbed another pair of beats instead. The volume is very low and sound quality is subpar compared to beats ear buds.
