    I don’t like this headphones. The old ones had a locator on them and these don’t. When talking on the phone no one can hear you.

    They are cool didn’t fit my ears right and I wear hats and bandannas.., not convenient. Case is to big. Live far away from a Best Buy and tried to find something suitable, once I tried and didn’t like. I tried to take them back but they have a 14 day return policy… I was on day 18. So I payed 200 for something I’m totally not excited about and the people in the store where like sorry good luck.

    Sound quality was good. Left earbud was dead on arrival. Mic quality is horrible.

    Not great for distance runners

    Worked great at first, but didn't last through an entire half marathon on a full charge. Then after recharging/re-pairing, will not connect the left earbud. Blinks red/white in charging case and apparently the only remedy is to return to Bose for a replacement. Not thrilled because I have another race in less than a week.

    Bought for my wife...to big to fit in her ear. Definitely not an awful product but if you can wear it then what's the point.

      Did you know that the earbuds come with different sized ear tips? I would recommend trying all these sizes to make sure you have the more comfortable and secure fit.

    These were my third pair of Bose, but not the best. Would not stay in my ear, and the call quality was not the best.

      This will assist you in the correct placement as well as finding the right ear tip size for you. You should see some improvements, this should also improve the call quality as poor fit could lead to poor audio or mic performance.
