    I tried all 3 sizes of ear plug thinys but theee kept falling out. I returned them and bought the apple earphones.

    The headphones don’t fit well, they only last 2.5 hours, they look and feel a lot cheaper than the previous versions.

    Absolute trash. I told myself after the last sound sport that I wouldn’t buy Bose again because I had such a poor experience. These were even worse. If they aren’t falling out of your ear on their own, you will be fixing or adjusting which triggers Siri on Apple phones and stops the music. Honestly, these are terrible and wouldn’t recommend to anybody. Bose had a respectable brand and their products are now horribly designed and prone to failure. Sounds isn’t even great on these headphones. Substandard for the bar that Bose used to set. What a sad fall from Grace for such a formerly respected brand.

      I'm sorry your having some issues with the earbuds staying in. Have you tried the different sized ear tips which are included with the product?

    Falls out of ears. Hard to place in ears. Even changing the size of the ear pieces do not help.

    I have used these headphones twice now working out and I am quite impressed. The unboxing experience felt premium and the quality of these earphones are no different. They come with a charging cable and three silicone ear pieces. The charging case is a little large but I like how you have to press a release to open the case so your headphones won't fall out in a bag or backpack. Working out with these headphones were an absolute joy. The music and base just sound incredible for in ear headphones and they dont move while running or cycling. Bose really knocked these out of the park and they are absolutely a good competitor in a flooded arena. I think these are the best in ear headphones both with sound (I have tried Google, Samsung, apple) and comfort. Well done Bose.
