I returned them they kept falling out would not recommend

These Earbuds would not stay in my ear. Very Frustrating !!

I did lost one couple day after I bought .easy to lost

I couldn't get them to stay in my ears. I tried all the different ear pads that came with them, but they just wouldn't stay in. I had to return them. I would of thought that because they said SPORT they would have stayed in better.

Not as good when u talk on picks up to much background noise

I want to start this review off with this: THANK YOU, BOSE! I have tried so many different earbuds and all of them either hurt after just a little bit of wear or just won't stay in. My ears are on the smaller side so I generally have pain when I wear earbuds. A few years ago, I quite wearing them all together because of this or because they just wouldn't stay in. I stuck to over-the-ear headphones which are not ideal when working out because of sweat and overall comfort. I was hesitant to try any earbuds again but Bose makes great products in general so I thought I'd give these a try. I'm so glad I did because they actually stay in and I was able to wear them for 3 hours straight with no pain. I haven't tested a full work day with them yet but I'm confident that they will be pain-free. I jumped around and shook my head around a lot and they stayed in. Super secure! I was able to take calls easily and everyone I talked to said they had no trouble hearing me in the process. I could hear them just fine. The sound quality is also very awesome. Music sounds so crisp and clear as if I was wearing my gaming headset. Bose also created a good system for answering calls, pausing and playing music, accessing voice assistance. For your voice assistant, you just touch and hold the right earbud and it will bring up the voice assistant that you chose while setting everything up. For music, you double-tap the right earbud to play or pause or you can just remove the right earbud and it will pause the music automatically. You can double-tap the left earbud to skip tracks. To answer or end a call, you just double-tap the right earbud. If you want to decline a call, you just hold the right earbud and boom! Ended! They made a great carrying/charging case. It's slim and easy to figure out. I also love their app for the earbuds (and other Bose products). Its easy to use and has a great guide to help get used to the button controls. If I could give this product 10 stars, I would!

Worst product by Bose can’t hear nothing waste of money

Great quality earbuds, bass is dope. They’re not for me since you can only use the right earbud. Left earbud cannot be used alone since it doesn’t have the controls as the the eighth earbud.

Sound is good, the charge lasts a good time, they stay in my ears - all things I was looking for. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because if you keep them in for a while they start to hurt my ears and the connectivity is not 100.

I bought a pair of these off the Bose website via an email I received. Had them about a week before they were available in stores. Been a fan of Bose for headphones and home speakers. Purchased these to replace my Bose Soundsport wireless headphones. I pulled them out of box and connected to phone. Put headphones in my ears. Love the way they fit and they were very secure. Played a song off my phone. That's where the disappointment set in. No bass whatsoever and very low volume. Turned off soundcheck and played around with equalizer. Didn't get any better. Like wearing my earbuds while doing yard work. There was no way I was going to be able to hear these over lawn mower. I sent them back to Bose before the 30 day return ended. Was given my money back with no questions. Wish they would have asked. Tried to get this review sooner, but was unable. Purchased a set of Soundsport Free as they were $40.00 off at the time. Cheaper and sounded ten times better than these.

Would not stay connected to my device and your background takes over so hard for other person to hear you.

One thing that bothers me most about wireless earbuds is they don't stay on comfortably for more than a few minutes. It's like they're built for your ears to conform to them rather than the other way around. Fortunately Bose gets this right with their auricular fins. They easily slide into the contours of the ear and comfortably hold in place. The sound quality is very balanced with crisp highs, smooth mids, and bold bass tones. Comparing these to another less expensive pair, it's quite noticeable how separate the voice tones are from the accompanying music whereas with the other unit, the voice gets muddled with the bass tones. I really like the capacitive touch on both buds, considerably better than forcibly pressing a physical button and driving the buds further into your ears. The only downside, if there is one, would be when you take them off, you could accidentally tap them on again. Bose thought of this, removing the right unit automatically pauses the music. So if the kids just take them off without returning them to the case, no worries of the battery draining excessively. My only issue is with the case; the button closure is not as easy to open as a magnetic closure and I fumble with it every time. Could just be my big hands. Bose makes some of the best stuff for sound so it's no surprise they put a lot of thoughtful effort into the sport buds so you can enjoy your favorite beats regardless of the rigorousness of your workout.

Had these for ONLY 6 months and they stopped linking. Had to buy another 2 yrs warranty for $50!

Ive been struggling to find an earbud that'll stay in my ear AND be comfortable. I have finally found them. These Bose sport earbuds sound fantastic, they stay in my ear and my first phone call was clear. They are comfortable even after an hour. I moved my head around and they didnt move - these are what I've been looking for!!! You get a great Bose quality sound and the price is very reasonable.

The Bose Sport Earbuds are truly Bose-quality devices meant for all of your audio enjoyment. Their signature bass, effective midranges and quality highs definitely make up this earbud set. Out of the box, the earbud pair was almost too simple to operate. You'll find them already ensconced within a Bose-branded recharging case sitting at 70% charged. There is an included short USB-C-type connector for recharging the base. The "Start Here" instructions have two steps -- first, download the mobile app (to set up/configure), then insert the earbuds into your ears. As far as pairing goes, the iOS app (in my case) took care of that through a multi-step wizard that was pretty intuitive. Setup took less than 2 minutes. However, I also wanted to see if I could connect to a Windows 10-based laptop as well as a MacBook Pro (circa five years old). In both instances, as long as I depressed the Bluetooth button within the case, it would "disconnect" Bluetooth and allow the earbuds to be discoverable again. The range is very good for these earbuds. I was able to go from my upstairs office and go downstairs and outside the house and still have excellent reception. Of course, beyond about fifty feet or so is when some static may set in, which is to be expected. The only issue I see is that there don't appear to be any obvious touch-based controls on these devices. I'm not sure if I'm simply missing them or what; the incredibly short instructions give you no indication as to whether anything is touch-sensitive. All in all, these are a great pair of earbuds that I'd recommend for anyone who is partial to the Bose name.

the left ear didn't work but the right ear, the sound was really nice
