Complete garbage product. These crapped out just after the return period ended. Pretty disappointing and beware of ever buying a Bose product again. I would have given this product a negative star review if that was possible. I tried to get a replacement from Bose, but that takes up to 4 weeks.

Good item. But sound is not too good. I love Bose but they should take a look on this item

I've got the Bose -Sport earbuds from Best Buy. But after only 2 time uses the rigth hand side earbud is not longer working. Unfortunately Best buy only gave 14 days for return. Now I have expand money for a useless earbuds. I would not recommend this product to anybody waste of money

This is the best true wireless earbuds for this price. So far I tried almost all types of earbuds and settled with these.. initially had big complain for no volume control but with the update got the volume control thank you Bose. Pros: Best in comfort Breat Audio quality Good call quality Cons: Not the best noise isolation buds Big case Would like to see on/off toggle for Google assistant when adjusting right earbud assistant get involved These have few bugs hope they get resolved in updates some times left earbud won't play audio have to put them back in the case to reconnect Over all these are the best for its audio quality very clear and good bass

They hurt my ears, I don't like their app. It's clunky and doesn't respond well.

Awful. Don't work, can't reset not worth the money. One ear bud is completely dead. will not charge. Other bud works sometimes. Thought being Bose they would be superior. They are NOT.

This is my first experience with totally wireless ear buds. Obviously with the Bose name you expect a lot. I am impressed by the comfort factor, the speed at which the buds charge in the carrier, and of course the sound quality. The only thing that let me down a bit was the amount of battery life between charges. While it’s not terribly short, I would have to charge at least once during an 8 hour work day. Although these ear buds are made for active wear, I found them equally useful at the office. I am constantly listening to AV recordings at the office. These buds are so comfortable you will forget they’re on at times. I especially like the feature when you lay the right bud down, it will pause whatever audio or video you are currently listening to. A great feature that makes taking breaks a lot easier. Pick it up and it automatically starts again. Ingenious! And a simple feature that makes a lot of sense! So for someone who is looking for an ear bud that performs well when work AND at play, I would highly recommend this set. Just make sure you throw them on the charger when you’re not using them.

I never expected this product to be so bad. Very unhappy with this purchase. The mic is the worst I can’t talk with it. Misplaced the box or else I would’ve returned it by now. Wasted my money should’ve bought some other product.

These earbuds are great! I’ve never been so comfortable in a pair. And the sound quality is outstanding. The only con for me is that the max volume level is a little conservative in my opinion. But that’s something I can live with. Overall, these are worth every penny.

Havent had an issuebwith these. Great sound and base, fits well in the ear. Last long and charges fast. Great product.

The headphones stopped working or connecting, bringing it back today and return. Not even been a week since I bought them. It sucks because I live 45 minutes away !!

Absolute garbage. Haven’t returned them yet, but controls dont work properly with newest iPhone and they’re app. I will be returning them when I’m back around Best Buy. Really like the color though.

These earbuds were fantastic, were in the final running for which earbuds I chose. I am rather picky with the earbuds I choose, and I actually ended up trying out 9 different earbuds before settling on one. I'm not reviewing all the nitty gritty fancy functions of all the buds, just the general functionality such as ear comfort, sound quality, call quality, noise cancelling, touchpad functionality, etc. The Bose Sport earbuds sound fantastic for music quality, and call quality is great too. As far as sound goes, it was between these buds and the Sony buds (obviously, those two brands excel in quality). You can also adjust the EQ settings in the app to play around with the sound. The touch pad was really nice. On a lot of other buds, there was one specific part that you had to touch for the sensors to work. However, in the Bose Sport buds, the entire outer surface of the bud was the sensor, so I didn't have to be so precise. Two issues for me that disqualified these buds from my final decision were the size of the case, and the wing tips on the buds. The case is massive, annoyingly so. Plus, to open it you have to push a button to pop it. I know, that's ridiculously picky, but when literally every other earbud has a case you can easily just flip open, a button is an unnecessary annoyance. As well as the size, the case did not need to be that big. Now for the wing tips. They are very floppy and malleable, and I can reasonably project that without much use over little time, they will be bent and distorted to some misshapen form that will not make the buds look as good, and perhaps the wing tips will not work as well after some time to keep the buds in my ears. I know that that is also very picky, but I want to consider everything when spending ~$150 on earbuds. I acknowledge that I said a lot more about what's wrong with the buds than what I liked, but I gave them 5 stars. These buds are great, for sure. But for my pickiness, the two things that were wrong with them in my opinion were enough to choose against them. I also tried out 8 other pair of earbuds: Samsung Galaxy Buds Live, Sony WF-1000XM3, Sony WF-SP800N, LG TONE Free HBS-FN4, Jabra Elite 75t, JLab Epic Air Sport ANC, Powerbeats Pro, and Anker Soundcore Liberty 2 Pro. I ultimately chose the Sony WF-SP800N earbuds, they are amazing. I reviewed all the other ones on the BestBuy website, so you can look at my review for those too.

Doesn’t hold a charge and I can’t even return them due to Best Buy only taking them back in the first 14-15 days so now I am stuck with them.

Impossible to pair, extremely unreliable. Save yourself a headache and give this one a pass. You can do better for MUCH less money

These Bose Sport Wireless Earbuds are truly excellent. Setup was easy. The Bluetooth connection is strong with every device I have used them with. In my use case I often use wireless earbuds with a desktop PC and every other wireless earbuds I have tried have had connection issues. These Bose earbuds maintain a constant connection and I am thrilled with them. The sound quality is also excellent, and the fit is perfect. As with many devices these days, I needed to download the Bose app in order to set things up properly. The app is clear and easy to use and setup was a breeze. I am very pleased with these earbuds!

These are some of the best earbuds I have ever owned. I was skeptical at first, but I very quickly fell in love and they are now my go-to earbuds for working out and running. They are great for just everyday use, too. They have great touch features, as well. They fit perfectly, and the sound is crisp and clear. You don't need to turn the volume as high to hear because the sound is so clear. I would highly recommend trying these out, especially if you are looking for an earbud for the gym or other physical activity. They would make an awesome gift! Check them out!

Horrible!! The $199 Bose are better than $170 reduced to $159. Buy the other Bose they don’t sell these in the store. I reviewed the other incorrectly.
