    I have three sets of Bose soundproof earphones on ears. But this is my first pair of Earbuds The better than Apple of course

    Good for music, awful with calls

    Rating this product as "Fair." Nice color options, good sound quality, but the calls are awful. If you're using this product for just music, then I think they're great. But if you're using it for phone as well, this is a bust. They claim Clear Calls on their website but the buds pick up the outside noise and you will sound muffled. I return the first pair because Bose claimed I must have a defect one, so I got the second, and right there at the store I tried the calls again with the cashier and they said I sounded muffled. Not paying $175 for bluetooth capabilities that half work.

    I had to return the quiet comfort earbuds because the ear tips does not stay in place. Also with the quiet comfort earbuds when you don't listen to music and you're just walking around you can hear your footsteps and everything around which is very annoying even with the noise canceling turned off. So I decided to get the sports edition I would give it five stars but did your tips does not stay in and I have to constantly put it back in my ears

    Battery life is short compared to other earbuds in this price range, ~2 hrs. The two earbuds are not independent and only the right has mic. Sound quality is excellent, but mic is sensitive to placement. I have had other Bose Bluetooths that I was pleased with, but regret this purchase.

      Hello! I am so glad that you love the Bose quality audio from your headphones. Did you know that Bose Sport Earbuds have an integrated dual-microphone array located in the right earbud to use them during calls? The earbuds must be connected to a smartphone that supports the Bluetooth HFP profile. Call audio will be heard from both the right and left earbuds. In addition to traditional calls, the earbuds will work with many apps that use Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), such as Skype or FaceTime.

      The battery life should be an impressive five hours of battery life per charge. They’re charged by placing them in the included charging case. If the case is charged, it will automatically charge the earbuds. When its fully charged, the case can provide two full charges for up to 10 more hours of use. And if your battery runs out when you’re on the go, you can do a 15-minute quick charge for up to two hours of playback time.     Don't waste your $ on these, I had to exchange mine three times due to different issues. The sound of music is amazing, but phone calls are torture for the people you are on the phone with it picks up background sounds extremely loud and at times sound like tons of static for no reasons. Updates did not resolve the issue, you are also unable to use one at a time for music as the other one will remain on and not charge. They also made my ears sore, it took quite some time to get used to them. Money wasted

      It's disappointing to hear certain aspects of the earbuds didn't meet your expectations.

      It is important to have both buds out of the case during us as the buds work via a primary and secondary connection. This means that your right bud (primary) communicates with the media source (like your smartphone, or tablet), and it receives both left and right audio data. It then sends the left bud (secondary) audio directly to the left bud. Both buds cannot communicate with the media device at the exact same time.

    I must say, this might be the worst tech purchase I've ever made. Big fan of bose and their products but at this price point these were a big let down. Like other reviewers, I'm often fumbling around with these for at least 5 minutes before they finally work, which is very frustrating when you're trying to workout. Many times only one earbud will work, they won't be recognized by my device, or I'll have to restart the source device. I think I'll just cough up the money for Airpods after all.

    Not Worth the Money

    These ear buds start out of the gate strong, but long term they lack the durability. I have had these for a little over a year now and over time the the prongs on the charging station stop engaging the earbud. The use that I had on these was about 3 times a week. They are also a bit uncomfortable in the ear. I contacted Bose about the warranty and since it was past a year there was nothing that could be done except offering a discount on the same item. Prior to purchasing these I owned a plantronics brand that lasted 5 years with no issues, and now I am back to utilizing these since they still work in both ears. I thought that the Bose would have been more durable since they are the sports version.

    Orginally I thought these were great.. Now they don't work. Maybe used them 25 times and now the lights are blinking all different colors. It stopped connecting to bluetooth when a new model came out
