    Really wanted to like them

    I have had other Bose wireless and wired headphones in the past and loved them, which is why I chose these in January. They have been spotty at best on phone calls, so I haven't really used them much. today I was on a walk on a phone call and they just turned off - after being fully charged. I will be on phone calls and told I am breaking up when my phone is right next to me and again fully charged. For music or watching videos, I think they are ok. For phone calls, they are not good.

    Never Worked Properly

    They got two stars because they sounded fantastic when they worked. Seriously great sound for wireless but the right ear only worked about half the time. Often, they didn't charge during the night though the indicator lights showed they were charging. Returned them after about three weeks.

    Poor battery life & fit

    I have beats earbuds and the battery life & fit are much better them these. Battery only lasts a few hours abd they fall out frequently.

    DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

    Wish I could give them less than one star. First item I purchased from BOSE because I never understood the hype. Upon setting them up and getting the fit correct, I was very disappointed with the gel inserts for the inner ear. The fit was sloppy and did not feel all that secure compared to others I have used. But the most disappointing was the sound quality...lack of definition and hollow tones throughout. But all told, they worked for the couple of dozen times I used them...until the left no longer would take a charge. I contacted BOSE and was informed that they would gladly sell me a new pair at a reduced rate of $14 less than what I paid for them a little over a year ago. Nice job standing behind your product. I now notice Best Buy has them on Clearance...coincidence? I would look elsewhere.

    I bought a black pair and the left earbud wouldnt turn on. I followed all troubleshooting on the bose site still nothing so i returned them. Got a different color. Those turned on but the left earbud is just complete static when trying to play anything, i will be returning the 2nd pair and finding a different brand entirely.

    Horrible Bluetooth Connection

    The Bluetooth doesn't work on my computer. Sound cuts in and out. Troubleshooted for more hours than it's worth. Updated the firmware ( took an hour for some reason ), reconnected a hundred times. Sometimes works sometimes doesn't. All my other Bluetooth stuff works great. The frequency of the cutting in and out actually seems to be getting worse over time, somehow, despite all logic. It's finally bad enough that they're unusable ( nearly constant cutting in and out ), prompting this review. One of the more bizarre things later on was where it would work fine sitting 2 feet away from the radio, but as soon as you got up and moved around, oh boy did the issues start. As if the movement vector within the room actually had a severe impact. For a device who's primary function is to act wirelessly it failed miserably in this case and cost me many hours, as well as the price of the headphones, since the problem as described didn't become bad enough until after the return date like some sort of magic trick.

    Should of went with Beats

    Great sound and clarity but not loud enough. Also, you can use one earbud instead of two but it can only be done with the right earbud. You can not use the left earbud alone. Talk about a stupid decision here. I’m hoping for an update here.

    Save your money

    For the price, these are terrible. Not noise cancelling. At all. Bose needs to release release a size zero ear bud. Never had this problem before but the 3 sizes that came with it are huge and do not fit in my ears. Also they only last for 5 hours. So far the only bonus is that they charge up quickly.

    The earbuds themselves are ok. But the case has to always be open like why its dumb what if you are traveling walkign around working out you need the case open or you loose connection. Also when youre on the phoen with these the quality is horribel very horrible. For rhese being Bose i was really upset and would wish for a refund or at least fix the probelm at hand.

Once your earbuds are connected, I'd recommend closing the case to preserve the battery life and keep the case debris-free.     After owning them for about a year, the left earbud started blinking red and white. Searched what that meant and I attempted all troubleshooting steps to end up with no fix. The last option was to contact Bose for service, and they told me there was nothing they could do and offered me a pair at a "discounted" rate. I have several other Bose products that work great, but these earbuds are not one of them anymore. Worked great to this point but not for the price. Poor customer service. If you've made it this far down the review, i cannot stress products with a good warranty enough.

    HORRIBLE SOUND QUALITY - DON'T BUY

    I bought this item in the morning and as soon as I got I compared them with my son's Beats Studio Buds and my wife's Powerbeats Pro and the difference in sound quality was HUGE. Therefore I ended up returning them and ended up buying one of the beats products. VERY DISSAPAOINTED on BOSE with this product. And also when you I paired them with my phone it was a corny sound saying that the earbuds were paired and ready to use, just like the fake/look alike products sound.

    Horrible headphones. I opened them, never used and the white and red lights were flashing indicating i had to contact the manufacturer. Bose refussed to fix saying it was outside the warranty and im seething. Didnt get the chance to even use them and i got screwed.
