    Crappy design

    Do not fit in ear well, uncomfortable after 1-2 of wearing them, rubber earpiece falls off all the time, and speaker cover fell out after having them for 4 months. In conclusion this is my third pair of bose earbuds and all pairs ive owned were terrible i do not recommend not only these but the Bose brand itself for headphones/earbuds.

    Bring base the wired sound sport

    Awful. For some reason they rarely charge in the case. Often pop them in for gym and battery is about to die. Miss the wired ones that I used for years and years

    right earbud quit working after 2nd use. Bose won't stand behind them since out of warranty. Absolute junk, should have bought the airpods.

    Received faulted one. After long wait and insisting to review the replacement color, I received the wrong color. Service support is useless. Won't buy this brand anymore.

    Voice calls are horrible. No one can understand me. Music is hood- but the touch options to skip play etc don’t always work. The prior versions with the Buttons worked so much better.

    I'm pretty disappointed. I've been buying bose headphones exclusively for a while now because they have been the best for fit, sound and usability; unfortunately that is no longer the case. They stopped making the kind I prefer, so I tried these for my latest purchase. Big mistake. Not a good replacement for my current headphones. Previous versions allowed you to fast forward, rewind, and check the battery level--this version you have to pick which of those three you want. Super super annoying. Not nearly as functional. I like to wear one ear at a time and alternate to give my ears a break; can't do that with these bc the controls on each are specific. You can't access whichever shortcut option you decide on from only the right earbud. Ultimately this was a waste of time and money and I'm sad that they are making their products worse than they used to.

    Poor ear bud battery life after 1.5 years.

    The battery life went from great to zero. For the first 1.5 years the battery life was good. Sound great. However, thereafter the battery life of the earbut do not exceed 1/2 hour. This is really frustrating since I need this product while going my 6 mils daily hike.

    Bose ear buds charging case

    The bose case isn’t charging my earbuds anymore.I haven’t had the bose unit long.How can i just get the charging case only.

    CANNOT WITHSTAND HEAT

    They can't even withstand a couple minutes in the sauna after a workout. Pretty sad for new technology.

      Hello, the Sport Earbuds have an IPX4 rating and they can operate most effectively within a temperature range of 46-102 degrees Fahrenheit
      These are not recommended to be used in a Sauna environment.
