Cons: I took off points because they no longer offer a corded version of the earbuds or an accessory for that option. There are occasional problems getting one or both earbuds to sync. When I pull up at the gym, I have to spend time in the car getting both of them set up and connected. I'd prefer to just grab and go. There's also the super annoying feature of the left bud not working if you remove the right earbud. Even after downloading the app and changing the settings, it doesn't work correctly. Pros: Bose offers super easy on-line replacement options for products still under warranty. The earbuds are comfortable, fit perfectly in my ear right out of the box and I have used them for a variety of activities from sitting on the couch watching videos to sweaty CrossFit and the buds have never fallen out. I have owed several brands of earbuds and Bose is still my favorite.

bought these for the wife to replace her older ones that weren't holding a charge very long anymore. they sound great and fit in ear well even while doing short runs

Excellent sound, read directions on how to connect...can be trickybut once you learn it's easy Battery life is poor 3 to 4 hrs tops . Unit is really sensitive you can barely touch it .... Sound makes up for it's short comings

I love them! The sound is great!! Different sizes for comfort. What I love is if you remove one, because some is talking you...whatever you’re listening too will pause. Love it!!

These headphones work well. They have never fallen out of my ears, but when they get sweaty, you can hear it (if that makes sense). Sometimes they shift due to sweat as well.

Take one out of your ear and it pauses your music for you. Very comfortable, great sound quality. Love them.

Great sound and great fit. Only con is case has to remain open to use. One case is closed they shut off. Is there is a fix for this?

I have been waiting for this product for quite some time and was excited when I first slipped them in. Not sure if I'm unique, but every other earbud I've tried (jabra elite, jaybird vista, galaxy buds, soundcore liberty) has closed off my ears and causing a closed sensation in my head. These do not do that. I was very happy. Then the product failed. I was able to pair these with my phone, but couldn't pair with my fitbit. I've been able to go that with my 4 year old bose soundsport headphones. So I unpaired my phone, connected to my Versa 2, and listened. The sound was HORRIBLE. Something wrong with the connection as Blink 182 sounded like Alvin and the Chipmunks. Every song was off. So I removed the headphones from the Versa 2 list... and now the earbuds won't connect to anything! The bluetooth button does nothing and every time I take out the headphones they try to connect to the Versa 2. I can't get it to search for my phone again, even using the app. Very disappointed and will be returning these bricked headphones. Pros - Great fit for me. If you ever see anyone call these noise cancelling, they're lying. They don't do that at all, which is why I love them - sound was great, when they were working - case size is nice Cons - Gestures are weak. No volume? you have to set skip track on the app? Only pause/play, voice assistant, and skip to next track. Weak in 2020 - Charging case doesn't wirelessly charge - Obvi the issue with bluetooth connections

I own the original Bose SoundSport Free model and have been waiting for this upgrade for over a year, I must say I am very disappointed! It seems like they have taken a step back in features. This model has no volume control or previous track option on the earpiece, so you are forced to remain close to your device if you want to make these changes. This defeats the purpose of Bluetooth headphones to me. Knowing Bose in 6 months they will do an upgrade to add features like this which should've been there in the first place! Sound quality is no a big change from the original model which was already top notch. Call quality is comparable as well to the original model. If you are looking for your first pair of bluetooth headphones and don't mind the lack of features mentioned above, these are a good option because Bose sound quality is great! If you owned the original model like I did, this is not an "upgrade" but a step back. I will be returning these and sticking with the original model.

Overall very good, Wasn't expecting such good quality since Iv'e bought many other brands and had little luck finding ones that fit perfect, play great and look dope.

Super easy set up, comfortable in the ear, snug so it won't fall out. I love the sound. So pure. Highly recommend.

This is a really good set for working out or doing yard work. Although I have no complaints I wouldn't buy it again because I feel like there are other cheaper options out there that sound similar in quality. I do wish I had gone with another more affordable brand or possibly gone with the more expensive Quiet Comfort headphones instead.

This is a great earbud. The sound is very good and battery life is over 4 hrs. I use this earbuds when traveling to the mainland and can almost last the whole flight.

Overaa pleased with performance. Sound quality is full though isolation not such not aware of surrounding environment. Bluetooth pairing S10+ easily accomplished and reliable. A bit of difficulty in getting a secure ear insertion. Started with medium size tip and now trying small. Overall I am pleased and have yet to explore all the features.

Gift for my wife. She loves the sound quality and ease of use. Battery life is much better than previous Raycons.

Good sound , fits perfect on my ears , it have three diferentes earpieces for diferent sizes of ears , fit great , don’t move and stay on , the sound is amazing
