I wish the silicone material came in smaller sizes. this was my only issue, but other than that its an amazing product. Returned mine because I needed something that was also comfortable.

Needs a volume button, and better ear tabs

The soundsport free always stayed in and were super comfortable, I don't understand how they messed that up so badly.

Posted .Hey Joe, I am so glad you love the awesome Bose sound. Have you tried the different sized ear tips in the box? Some users find that they need two different sizes for each ear as most people do not have symmetrically sized ears. In terms of volume control, it’s a feature that we’re exploring, but it’s still in research. We do not know at this time if it will be integrated. However, we encourage you to learn about all Bose products by subscribing to updates on Bose.com.
