What else would you expect from Bose. I couldn’t get the left set to stay in my ear. I tried all the sizes and techniques. I had to return them.

Sound quality is great but wont stay in ears

I couldnt get through one weight lifting session without them falling out multiple times. I could never try running in these as i jnow they wouldnt make it a few steps. The sound quality is amazing but they need an ear loop or hopefully Bose will make the next model lighter with a better internal fit

The quality is amazing you can’t go wrong at all. The only issue I have is that I can’t playback a song I can only pause and skip forward to the next track.

Go with apple, better sound quality (in my opinion) and the ability to replace just one headphone if you go to the Apple Store. Apple also offers better sound cancellation at a similar price point

I am sorry to hear that you have lost one earbud.
Unfortunately, single earbud are not sold separately because each set of earbuds is uniquely paired to the charging case that they are sold with. Therefore, there would be no way of pairing the new earbud to your current case.

Frequently Get Sound Out of Only One

The battery life is also good. The problem is that the two buds do not connect well and I frequently get one bud delivering sound, but not the other. I have followed all the troubleshooting steps but still have this problem. For the price, I should not have to fight with my headphones.

Interchanged the rubber pieces to see if that would help but i think the buds are just to heavy. Great sound quality.
