Annoying but when it fits the sound is great. No noise cancellation. People that call really complain about the noise...more annoying.

Bose Never Disappoints

Sound quality is excellent and they're so easy to pair together and to my phone. The only thing I'd change is the size of my ear canal so that they will fit tighter. God made me this way and I have to deal with it, so that's between me and Him. :)

Noisy microphone

I have other Bose products that I really like. But these two items are a step backwards as it relates to microphone usage. There is soooo much noise that the people I was speaking with told me to hang up and call them back when I'm inside so they can hear me better. I really like the rich sound when I'm just listening to music. I have to say, I very disappointed with these two items. Well, it looks like I'm going with Samsung

So sorry to hear that you're experiencing some microphone issues with these earbuds. For the Sport Earbuds, please ensure that you have the latest firmware installed (v1.2.7 as of 13/01/2021). This update include enhanced voice pick-up system to accommodate a wider range of earbud orientation for the Sport Earbuds. You can update through the Bose Music app, or via https://btu.bose.com on a computer.
With your SoundSport wireless headphones, I'd also recommend visiting the Bose Updater web page above and ensuring they are up to date. Please also reset them - https://bose.life/3kbW4KA.

Good sound poor battery life

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mi was trying to upgrade my beats looking for a better sound and they do sound better and the noise canceling feature is great for the gym or I do walk a lot so for that they are great batterie doesn't last long and you can't switch the right side to the left side because it won't work they either work together or just the right side. Not a really great upgrade on my part

So you are aware, this headset does not include active noise cancelling technology, but we're happy that the headphones provided this affect for you. The Sport Earbuds provide up to five hours of battery life per charge. Then you can power them back up in the included charging case, which, when fully charged, provides two full charges for up to 10 more hours of use. And if your battery runs out when you’re on the go, you can do a 15-minute quick charge for up to two hours of playback time.

You have to download an app to activate the minuscule features available on the ear buds themselves (volume, pause & play) and the phone connection is sporadic. Sometimes sound only comes through in one ear, or it shows connected and no sound comes out at all - not sure if this is a Bose or apple issue.

Bose Took the Best Headphones and Ruined Them

From full wired years ago, to Bluetooth with the connecting wire, to the original true wireless, and now these. All of them up until now we're roughly the same and perfect. Then they ruined them with these. The new ones are a totally different shape that just isn't the shape of an ear and so they don't stay in. They also got rid of the best buttons on any Headphones (I've had true wireless headphones from 5 different brands) and replaced them with touch controls that just don't work. Sliding your finger to control the volume has no precision and half the time I'm trying to tap to pause a song it takes 10 tries. Oh and God forbid your hood brushes up against the side of the headphones, it'll crank the volume up and blow your ears out. I just don't understand why they took the best headphones out there that were essentially unchanged for years and completely ruined them. These are so bad I went and changed my review for the Galaxy buds +
