Because of my ear shape, I have not been able to enjoy air-pods or other wireless headphones. These fit and stay in my ears! Finally!

Went from uber excited to uber Disappointed

Loved my soundsport but it started falling apart on the cosmetic side after a ton of usage -- hence the upgrade to these earbuds. I am a runner so it is especially important to me that I don't have to take out my phone for basic controls like volume or track modulation. So one can imagine what a bummer these are sans those specs. And while I don't have complaints about the sound quality, I cannot believe these can't connect more than one device simultaneously, which is a feature included in older devices! I have to manually disconnect from my PC/laptop for it to connect to my phone/tablet/Fitbit. In this day and age, this is UNACCEPTABLE. I will be returning these and wait for better/more sensible upgrades. What kind of engineering team makes an active decision to REGRESS on connective features? Seriously baffled and disappointed.

It's great to hear that you're enjoying the sound quality of your new earbuds. I can understand that on-board controls are important for you, which is why I'm pleased to let you know that touch volume controls are now available. A firmware update is not required, however, you'll need to ensure that you have the latest version of the Bose Music app (v4.2.4) in order to enable this. Connect your earbuds, head to the settings, and toggle volume controls on. Here's a guide on how to use the touch swipe feature for volume - https://bose.life/3gcyJqN. Although you may have had the ability to connect to multiple devices at once on your previous SoundSport headphones, our previous model of SoundSport Free wireless headphones did not support this, nor do our new earbuds. The current hardware architecture of the Sport Earbuds utilizes a primary/secondary connection, meaning the right earbud manages one Bluetooth connection between the source audio device and a second Bluetooth connection with the left earbud. Because of this it will not be possible to implement a multipoint connection with more than one audio source devices.

The charge lasts forever I workout 5 days a week 2 hrs at time when I brought these they had a charge I use them all week and didn't charge them till a week after I brought them. Best buy ever.

The case is the same, it is soo much larger than other earbuds. But it does have great sound quality

So, when I purchased my Bose Sport earbuds at Best Buy, I was a little skeptical regarding their advertised quality and performance, but I have used Bose wired headsets for years in the aviation industry and was always very impressed with their quality construction, longevity and ease of operation. When Best Buy put these on sale, I immediately purchased a pair to see for myself how well they have performed. Needless to say, the Bose Sport Earbuds have operated flawlessly. The Bose mobile download works perfectly with these earbuds and most importantly, the audio quality is......Bose! Nothing else needs to be said. Smooth online order with next day, lightning delivery. Thanks Bose and Best Buy!!!

I tossed or returned three other sets of buds and these are keepers. They're small, stay in your ear, nd sound very good.

The quiet comfort version might be better sounding (have not tested them) but these are incredible for the price. Blows away apple, beats, JBL. They also hold a charge a lot longer than it’s predecessor.

Got it for my wife who usually has problems with traditional earbuds due to ear canal size/type issues. These earbuds fit perfectly fine and have a strong grip. The only thing missing is noise cancellation.
