Also noticed the device decides to cut off power even though battery shows 80% plus on easy use application. Don't want to return before the 30days but functions are not meeting up to expectations..

If I have a meeting that lasts a couple hours they automatically turn off, after that said, I need to store them in their case so they may be charged and literally have to rely on wired earphones.

But these are terrible for phone calls. The person on the other line can hear EVERYTHING! I annoyed my friend just by turning pages in a book.

Every time I go to best buy I always ask for him, he is very attentive, ethical, hard working, professional and smart. I am 100 percent sure whoever goes to this store, if you ask for this guy, he is going to satisfy your needs and help you find the best product since you can see that he is an expert in all the products he sells. Excellent.

Just can't get the right fit

Sound was great and crisp. Problem was that they would not stay in my ear no matter what tips I used. Really bummed me out. If your ears are not weird like mine give them a shot.

These are my first inner earbuds.I’m not crazy about the fit, my right one always feels like it’s about to fall out. That’s very distracting to me. Not crazy about battery life either.

Good for whar they are

I am used to listening to ANC and/or spatial audio so these don't really compare, but they serve the purpose for which they were bought. I also have the Quiet Comforts which are larger, but destroy these in terms of sound.
