I bought these for my wife and the sound is great as well

When they work they’re awesome - excellent sound quality. I think it just needs an update. They lose connection or something where if I’m on a phone call the other person can’t hear me very well and I can very faintly hear them. Usually after that the music sounds faint also like they’re only half connected. And I also dislike you don’t have the option to change the volume directly off the headphone; you have to use your phone.

It's good to hear that you love the sound quality of the Sport Earbuds.
I would recommend downloading the Bose Music application as we have now added the ability to control the volume on the earbuds. All you need to do is allow this in the applications settings.
I would also recommend checking the link here: https://bose.life/3sHG33J, as it is super important to have the earbuds placed correctly to optimize the audio picked up by the microphone.
