So far they've been great. No issues with battery life or sound quality. They charge in the case and are always ready to connect when I need them. Fit is not perfect, but they're secure and I can't complain.

The sound quality is excellent, and very balanced for my tastes. The battery life has been good for the last two years. Connecting to devices is very easy. Perhaps the only remark against it is that the app tends to be very basic, but I feel since the sound is very balanced, it does not impact usability att all.

Bose has amazed me as always with the nose cancelation nonetheless being wireless. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because I have to download an app in order for the headphones to function 100% accurately. Personally I don’t like that.

I am sorry you do not like the app. You can access many controls without the app. However, the Bose Music app also contains many useful features. You can monitor power usage, customize your VPA preferences, and create a custom Shortcut.
