Bose has amazed me as always with the nose cancelation nonetheless being wireless. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because I have to download an app in order for the headphones to function 100% accurately. Personally I don’t like that.

I am sorry you do not like the app. You can access many controls without the app. However, the Bose Music app also contains many useful features. You can monitor power usage, customize your VPA preferences, and create a custom Shortcut.

The battery only lasted for 3.5 hours instead of the 5 that they are supposed to. But the sound quality is awesome!

They are not that good at the gym as they let in too much noise and I had to put volume at max almost to be able to listen to music.

Red Defective Light Out of the Box

It was a day that I needed to use them. After I did the exchange the day after, the ear bids worked great and the sound is amazing.
