To ensure proper comfort and headphone performance, Bose Sport Earbuds come with three sizes of soft eartips, additional sizes are available by contacting customer service. It’s important to find the appropriate tip size for your ears. Be sure to download the Bose Music app and go through the eartip-sizing tutorial. You may have to experiment to determine which tip size is the best fit for each ear — and it’s not at all unusual to find you need a different size in each ear.

I run and work out with them and I have never worn any ear buds that are more comfortable. I didn’t get the upgrade where you can choose noise canceling but I can still hear my surroundings which is a good thing because I run around traffic a lot.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have to say the sound is very good, deep bass Etcetera, however the previous gen had volume, stop, forward etcetera etcetera CONTROL nubs, although ergonomically designed they were a bit to big (great for working out thou) The new Bose are better proportioned size wise, a bit slippery to the touch when fitting them to your ears, (matt like material I guess) I deffanetly dropped them quite a few, minus the the fact Bose still does not have an EQ app for fine tuning, I begrudgingly returned them, back to old school gen grade for me.

Also dislike the fact that both earbuds have to be out the case in order to connect to the phone, you can't have one earbud out and listen. if you have one earbud the case must remain open for them to stay connected. The cons definitely outweigh the pros for me on these earbuds and will be returning this item.

I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced some issues with the application which has caused you to want to return them. For this type of issue, I would recommend that you trying the application on a different source device to illuminate this as the issue.
