But with this product I'm completely disappointed. I used only two weeks and showed red light. I followed the instructions that I found in the following link and it did not work (https://community.bose.com/t5/In-Ear-Headphones/Bose-soundsport-wireless-red-light-and-cannot-charge/td-p/212476). The team support Bose say "If there is a solid red LED indicator on your headphones whilst charging this would indicate that there is a error with your headphones in terms that they are not being stored within an acceptable temperature range. Do you live in a high climate environment? As the operating temperature for the SoundSport Wireless is between -20°C to 45°C. I would firstly recommend you store your headphones in a shaded cool area and attempt to charge once again to see the results of this, I would also suggest using a different charger outlet to see if this also provides any improvements" It seems that this Bose product comes with this flaw.

The sound quality is great, and they work really well with every device that I've paired them with. The only complaint that I have is that they have little "blips" every once in a while. I'm technically savvy, and don't believe that I'm doing anything wrong -- just random connection issues. Nothing that is worth discontinuing use, though -- worst case scenario is that I miss a word or two in a conversation.

Best earbuds I’ve tried (except on calls)

They aren’t great for phone calls, have to hold the phone up and don’t cancel out (outside) noise. It’s really the only thing negative I have to say about them.
