Unfortunately a Disappointment

Very disappointed as I didn't experience any of these problems with the 2 previous models of Bose buds that I owned. Positive - music sounds good and controls are easy to use but I'll probably look to replace this pair with something else.

You can't alternate the use between earbuds

Only the right earbud is the primary and it can be used alone. Hopefully they make a better version that you can alternate between earbuds.
