I tried troubleshooting steps I found online but none has brought sound back to the left ear. I will return it to the store for replacement but I'm a bit hesitant just replacing them. What if the next set fails after the return policy? I know, Bose warranty will still be active but that is a Level 2 hassle. I still mark it as recommended to a friend but I do it with reservations.

I love how I can adjust the levels in the app to suit my preferences making music and podcasts sound crisp and phenomenal. The only reason I gave these buds 4/5 stars is occasionally both buds won't sync only providing sound out of one instead of the other. After tinkering then do I get the rich stereo sound I love. Other than that, I highly recommend for the BOSE lover.

Have to charge them frequently And for some reason the left one gives out sometimes or doesn’t charge I bought them early for a gift and didn’t give them until after the 15 day return period so I’m stuck with them but if I was able to return/exchange I would . They are loud but there’s more downs than ups .

The Sport Earbuds work in a primary/secondary connection-type. The right bud is compulsory for use as it communicates directly with the paired media device. For the left bud to work, the right bud forwards the signal to it.
If you experience drop outs on a single bud, I recommend inserting them into the charging case for a few seconds, then remove and allow them to reconnect to your device. If the problem continues, clear the device list, then establish a new connection via the Bose Music app.

They don’t stay in as well and the sound on the left ear is always going in and out. Wish they would bring back the original ones. I loved these for years and I recently had to replace them in January and they don’t fit the same nor does the battery last as long, but are still good for my workouts and fall out during my workouts
