I had previously purchased the Beats Pro which had caused itchy, ear pain and crusting. This problem led to me purchasing this set. These had good sound quality and we’re attractive in style. Unfortunately my ears can not handle these earbuds as well without causing them to become itchy and painful so I had to return them. Back to the bulky headphones and comfortable ears.

Greatness earbuds I have owned! Running, working out, or just working they stay in my ears. Good sound quality also. App is easy to navigate and makes connecting the earbuds to phone that much easier

The buds fit very nicely and are quite comfy. Had some challenges pairing with the phone, but that was user error!! Even got support from Best Buy tech in store. Love the sound as music is not too loud but very clear. Very happy with the purchase!

I bought these over a year ago and use them alll day every day at my warehouse job. Best earbuds ive ever bought!

These were purchased as a gift and upon receiving them they had some battery life to it and then when it came time to charge them, they never charged at all even after trying different chargers. When I contacted Best Buy I was given the run around and never helped.

Awesome headphones, good price. Quality sound, and they fit snuggly in your ears (as they have multiple bands for different sizes).

Sounds good but keeps falling out. I never had problems with the previous model, these hurt and always fall out. Yes, i tried different size inserts, didnt help.

Love the color on these in the sun is really great but my ears have an add shape inside so they weren’t feeling well and I had to return them, but definitely would recommend.

They sound good but Bose cheaper out. Buggy software, way too big of a charging case, and no wireless charge...come on.

Did a ton of research, and once again Bose came through as the biggest bang for my buck. The ear buds have very good, clear sound without having a ridiculous price attached. It’s what I look for.

My first pair worked wonderfully for about a month. then they would not shut off when you put them in the case which prevented charging. I tried everything including removing them from the Bluetooth functions on my iPhone etc. Still, they malfunctioned. I returned them to exchange for the same item because when they work I am very happy with them. The second pair malfunctioned straight from the box. The right earbud works but the left one will not. Again, I’ve tried everything including a software update. I’ve worked in the quality control/quality assurance business for over 30 years. All mass manufactured products have a percentage of failures. Some are higher than average and some lower than average. When two identical models In in a row are defective, it speaks of systemic design and or production problems. Statistically it suggests widespread problems. I don’t think I can get a refund, I think I am roped into exchanging these for the same model. Don’t become trapped like I did— Buy something else.

I love them! They stay in my ears during my workouts! I had airpods for a few years and these are so much better! Also, the battery lasts FOREVER! Things to consider, only the right bud has a mic so if using to talk, you have to have the right one in.

Love these! I wear them while working, exercising, doing make up, etc. They don't fall off and have an excellent battery life. My only complaint is the lack of touch functions on the buds

Bought as a gift for my wife. She loves the functionality and says they are perfect for runs and HIIT. The app made setup very simple. The case keeps them charged even without plugging in.

Love my bose ear buds. I bought n returned some other air buds n bought these. Sounds super great n they don't fall out of my ears when im exercising.

Nice light earbuds for exercising with. Good sound quality too.

Overall great earbuds. Sometimes I feel like the phone quality could be a little better while in a phone call but would recommend these definitely.
