Sound quality on things like music and videos from my phone were good. Phone call conversations were a joke. I could never hear with any level of clarity. It was ALWAYS cutting in and out on both my end and the person I was talking to. They're awful for phone conversations. Ended up returning them after having them for a week.

They are wonderful. Better than the Apple iPod that I lost. The ease of use and the secure fit is great. Sounds are awesome.

Bose earbuds is excellent, sound very good and fitted very well and did not hurt your ears, I love it. You never go wrong with Bose about sound.

Like everything but it let's to much background noise in if music isn't loud enough to drown out.

The bose earbuds are some the most comfortable buds i have every had and the sound quality is second to none.

I'm on my second pair. Returned the first after a week, when people were complaining that they couldn't hear me. The sound was coming through muffled. I should have returned the 2nd pair because nothing's changed but I guess I'm stuck with them now a little over 8 weeks. As for sound quality listening to music they're excellent but I mainly use them for phone calls. In order to pair them every morning I need to take them both out of the case. I don't know why. I had Bose before and I only needed to take the right bud out and it paired up fine...not these. So basically if you're going to use these for music you'll love them. If you make or receive alot of calls I'd be ready to take them back.

It you have a non apple phone I do not suggest these earbuds. The connection to Samsung products is horrible and they buds themselves never charge properly. Unlike Samsung branded buds, these need a separate app to use and do not auto connect upon removable from the case. They never stay in my ear no matter which size I use and they're horrible at blocking out gym noise. I'm 2 days late to return these so now I'm stuck with an awful purchase. If you have any sense I'd advise you to keep your money and go with something different.

After 2 jabra buys and dealing with the headache of trying something new i went to bose and did not regret it good earbuds secure for me when i work out and work i do alot of heavy lifting at the gym soo i am impressed i havent had them fall out of my ears

These are nice. I traded in my wired earbuds for these. I kept leaving the case around but once I got use to needing to put them back in the case, I stopped leaving the case.

Second pair, (lost my last ones). Sound quality is amazing and they stay put in my ears, even in vigorous workout!

Since I am looking for the best earbuds on the market for teaching online, I decided to try Bose. Didn't like them much...They have an awkward shape and fall out of your ears all the time. The controls are minimal and the sound for speech is so so... Also the case is huge compared to other brands. I have Bose over ear headphones and they are great! But their truly wireless earbuds is not up to competitors' standard.
