They are very stable as I go for a run with them. My only real issue is that that the right ear piece does not always sync properly and it loses sound, then I need to re-sync them with my phone. Apparently a known issue, but inconvenient

Even the smallest ear pieces still do not feel secure in my ears. Constantly in fear if losing one. Additionally, the battery life is Extremely Short as well. At the Most, I get a maximum of four hours before having to charge again. This is extremely disappointing as well as I could never use them on a long trip. Thank You......

When I opened the ear buds the light in the left never turned on. I followed every step Bose recommend and several YouTube tips and tricks as well but the left ear bud never worked. Upon returning them to BestBuy and told them the issue and that I’d like to replace them with the same model earbuds. The employee said, “We can’t replace them only exchange them.” I said, “Yes, that’s what I want to do.” She said again without hesitation, “We can’t replace them only exchange them.” I said that I would understood that and they mean same thing. She said grab another pair, I said there aren’t any out there but I’d like to get them from BestBuy so can you rider them? She said no. I then bought them from Amazon. Really made me think twice about shopping there unfortunately.

The sound is amazing and feel a little more quality built. Controls are a little more user friendly. But the AirPods ease of connecting were a lot better. The bose are a little bulkier too.

The only thing I don’t like is no one can hear me clearly on the phone when you have to answer a call to in between songs. And the battery life on these suck!!!
