Sound quality is excellent. Loudness is good, especially when using the Bose app. They just didnt fit in my ears even when trying all 3 size rubber fittings. Sadly, will have to return and exchange.

Actually this product is good for oldr people. When I use this one for communicating people, they hear all outer sound clearly which makes me little bit upset.

I love Bose had these in a different color work amazing with anything but apple an now I have an apple so lame wish they connected better.

These are some of the best ear buds I've used. The sound was what you would expect from Bose. They are so small yet the bass is superb. They are very comfortable. I was able to wear them for a couple hours without any discomfort. Running, jump roping, and sweating didn't cause them to dislodge. They seal very well in your ear and block out most other sounds. Using them for calls was clear and the other person couldn't tell I was using ear buds to talk to them. I like the in ear sensor that stops audio when it senses the bud isn't in your ear. It was really annoying that no instruction manual came in the box. There are no buttons on the buds so I had to get online, download the manual, and figure out how to use them. That just seemed unnecessary. The buds have touch sensors that give you the button controls. I've also had a couple issues where I have to re-pair them because the right bud won't play any audio. The battery life seems really good. Range was also great. I could go to the other side of the house and started to get some drop outs. So even with the few hiccups I do really like and recommend these ear buds.

Great for working out. The sweat does not affect them even when I am running. Best earbuds for working out

I had to try 4 different earbud software before I found Bose's software that supported my android phone and a TV wifi transmitter.
