    Not a bad bud but talking on the phone is the biggest issue

      Sorry to hear you've been having trouble on phone calls, Chad! Your mic is located on the right Sport Earbud, so make sure the mic openings there aren't blocked. Also, rotating the right earbud too far back (or forward) could impact the mic quality.     Bought these for Hubby for Christmas, He loves them, the only thing he has mentioned is they take some time to get used to in the ear.

    Keeps on cutting out and it’s not my phone because I have other earplugs they work fine? Will go back to Best Buy and see if I can get something different?

    Complete trash, I expected better from Bose. Within two weeks the right earbud stopped working. I returned them under warranty and received a replacement. After four months the right earbud stopped working again. Besides that, they are difficult to connect to Bluetooth after being idle for any length of time. Would not recommend, pay the extra few bucks for Beats!

    I have an older generation of these as well.... I like the older generation better. The sound quality has gone downhill as well as the controls for adjusting music. Its awkward that both headphones have controls but they are not consistent and have features missing. You can only control volume with the right and on the left you can either skip to next song, or go back (exclusively - ie you can only do one or the other - you have to go into their yet another app (they have 2 different Bose apps) to change it. Would definitely not recommend these. I would return them if I had the receipt.

    These were almost perfect, but still too large. galaxy buds live sent back to samsung. I'm on my 6th pair of earbuds trying to find some that don't hurt and stay in is way harder than I imagined. I never have a problem returning with Best Buy! It's not their fault I have an oddly shaped inner ear lol. Hindsight, I should've kept these and bought a variety of rubber tips. It would be nice if you could buy a 50 cent rubber piece and try the earbuds on/in before buying. Currently waiting on galaxy buds plus to arrive from Samsung *fingers crossed*. best buy won't price match with Samsung military discount or i would have bought from best buy.
