Great sound, great fit, long lasting charge! Bose fan for life. Also the color is amazing

I upgraded to these form the previous version that was released about 4 years ago. Sound quality is good on these and they are great for working out. With that said, I expected a lot more of an evolution on the design given what the competition is offering. The bids are still large (smaller than before but still...) the charging case is still large so doesn’t fit nicely in your pocket like the competitors. There is no way to adjust the volume on the buds just through your phone. Sometimes the touch controls are too sensitive. Anyway, I have tried the competition and Bose by far makes the best workout earbuds. I just wish they were smaller.

Gave these as a gift to one of my siblings this holiday season, but having tested them myself, they’re a good option to choose instead of Airpods. Trebles sound great, bass is lacking a little bit by default, but nothing that can’t be fixed using your device’s EQ settings, or the Bose Music app. No noise cancellation option, however you can barely hear to any outside noise as you listen to music. Great for gym work, they do have touch controls for play, pause and skipping songs forward (not backward). I have pretty tiny ears, but wearing them wasn’t troublesome at all, they’re comfy. A couple of things to note though, I felt the case feels a tad bit cheap for the price and brand; having owned numerous Bose products in the past, I just felt the quality’s had a bit of a downgrade compared to their predecessor. They’re also a bit large, which might not be to everyone’s liking. Overall, they’re good for everyday use, but definitely not for audiophiles.

Great sound and good fit right out of the box. The extra ear guide provides good support while moving around and even running. There is a lack of options while wearing the in ear headphones as you can only do a couple of things (volume, and either go forward or backwards with music). The lack of options is what gave this a lower score overall.

Generally, I am pleased with these earbuds, the sound is great and they fit nicely in my ears. The only major con, which is by far the most obnoxious, is connectivity issues. I may have gotten a bad "batch," but I must spend at least 10min each time just trying to get them paired to my laptop and or iphone. And most the time only one will pair and the other refuses to sync up. Perhaps it is just "user error," but it has been a constant frustration. One other minor issue, is if you don't get the buds to sit correctly into the case they wont charge -which is seemingly obvious- but the mechanism isn't that intuitive. I've had it happen where only one was sitting properly and then you get a bum earbud that didn't charge after you thought it was charging for hours. Probably won't recommend these to anyone, but they work fine for what I need.

Great fit, great sound. Hits all the highs, mid-range and bass. A quality product for a very competitive price. I had the previous model which are great, the reduced size look and feel good.

I highly recommend these. Sound is great, I don't have any of the fit issues other reviewers mention, and call quality on my phone and MacBook are crystal clear (according to my friends and colleagues who've talked with me on those devices). Battery life is the only struggle, and I am on video calls and listen to music all day for work. But it's not a deal breaker. I just charge them in the case whenever I'm not using them. Switching between devices (e.g., phone, laptop, exercise bike) can be cumbersome but usually pretty easy. I LOVE how taking out the right earbud pauses whatever you're listening to or watching. Very slick.

I love the sound of the Bose earphones but that is not enough. After installing the app and adjusting/fitting, I realized the is no way to control the volume from the earpiece. All others that I have and have tried can and at least they make it so it is an option to program! I also had trouble with the volume. It was not going to 100% even if adjusted that way through the phone. I did get it to get to maximum by first sliding the volume all the way to full IN THE APP! But once I re-adjusted to a normal listening level, I couldn't even use the app to adjust it up to that level again. I would love these if the volume wasn't such a hassle. Maybe they (Bose) will update in the future but I returned them.

Very satisfied. Good sound with good bass. Fit in your ears good, and has a good battery life. The sound quality is as good as the over the ear Bose headphones. U won’t be disappointed.

These definitely are top notch quality headphones I've ever had. Worth every penny! The bass is unbelievably on point and I wear them for hours with no ear fatigue.

Pretty great wireless earbuds! I had trouble finding the right combination of low profile, great sound, and comfortable to wear for long periods. These were it. The right earbud does have issues with turning off sometimes when I take them both out of my ears but it usually comes back shortly. All in all really great for my needs.

These are great little Earbuds. I would expect nothing less from Bose. I have small ears. Many earpieces fall out with just a little jiggle of my head. I have been able to wear these on the elliptical and on a treadmill without them falling out. So not only do they sound amazing, they also stay in my ear.

It’s Bose so of course they’re gonna sound awesome. But for me personally, they didn’t last me as long as I thought they would for how high the price is. Though I’m rougher on my stuff because I used them at work where there is more risk for damage and I went to the gym A LOT. The connectivity got real bad after a while with only one connecting or both just refusing to until they just died one day. Someone else may have a way different experience, this is just mine. If you use earbuds more lightly then yeah go for these!

These headphone are amazing the charging box lasts all week and they sound great like all Bose product. They are smaller than the last model and really sinc together nicley.

The sound quality is great and the fit is good they stay in my ears when i am running. My only issue with them is sometimes it's difficult to get them connected to my phone.

Good earbuds decent sounds for listening to music not great for phone calls. Nice fit especially wearing when working out. Like that you can adjust volume, search for songs by just taping on earbud. We’re on sale so great price.

Sound is excellent plus very comfortable to wear. A big improvement over the previous design. The charging case is also very slick. Great to exercise and don't fall out.
