I really enjoy the quality, but it is annoying that the left bud won't work if the right one is charging.

The color is nice. The sound quality is awesome. Everything about Bose is great until it’s the way they make them bulky looking. This is suppose to be the newest model and they still stick out the ear. It’s not as bad as the previous model of them but it still looks funny. I returned mine because of that. Hopefully when Bose makes a smaller version that doesn’t look like antlers coming out of my ears than I will go back to Bose. I’m still a Bose fan and I will still recommend Bose.

Amazing sound, found it the best earphones for metal music. Extremely comfortable, also fitting my pretty small ears

Everything you’d expect from Bose. The sound clarity and depth are amazing. Outside noise is blocked out but you can have a conversation easily. The battery seems to last forever. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend.

Most comfortable and secure ear buds out there. Music sounds good. Battery life is really good too. Maybe just the pair I had ,but I was told on phone calls that I sounded like I was 10 feet from my phone. Returned for Air Pod Pros. Now I look like a Ben Affleck in There’s Something About Mary.

Got to say these things really know how to increase bass whether I'm working or exercising these guys stay in ear sound quality is top-notch noise cancellation perfect you can zone out and just relax with high quality sound

I hate these headphones. Constantly connecting and disconnecting. Extra sensitive to touch so if you use them for taking your continuously hanging up on people. I like the older model MUCH better. They get 2 stars because when they act right the sounds is awesome. Loud, clear and good bass.

These ear buds are awesome. I use them everday in the gym. The battery life of the buds and charger are great. Feels like I never have to recharge the buds or the case. The sound is soo amazing as well deep base, great acoustics.

I have spent a week buying and returning earbuds and in the end finally settled on the ones I should have purchased from the beginning. The base in the Boss ear buds is exactly what I was looking for. The fit also works very well for me.

Not as good as the quiet touch when it comes to talking. My husband drives trucks and when he was talking with the sport it picked up a lot of background noise. But on his end though he said the sound was nice and clear. So in general for listening they were pretty good but talking the person listening has a hard time when lots of background noise. For our lifestyle prefer the quiet touch earbuds instead, but they are more expensive.

Nice sound could be a little louder sound quality is really good but I think it should be a little louder

My daughter LuVs her earbuds. She upgraded to the True Wireless from the Bose Soundsport Wireless after one side failed after two years and she is very happy. Although Bose earbuds are a tad bit larger than Apple and almost all other wireless brands, they are very comfortable, never fall out, have a cute companion case, battery life is long, and the sound quality is top notch. For the price you cannot beat the clarity.

Great sound. The Bose headphones seem to fit in my ear alot better than some of the other headphones out there. Only minor issue is occasionally one side will cut out -- not sure if its a Bluetooth issue or a Bose issue. Battery case extends the life of the headphones and is easy to charge.

I am very impressed with these wireless bluetooth buds. This updated version has some different features from previous years, so do not expect to have them sound exactly the same. In previous models there was much more bottom end, but very little mid range. These now have s more evenly distributed spectrum of sound (low, mid and high). I have tried nearly every other major brand, and have found them lacking in comparison, well worth the money.

love these! I have a hard time keeping earbuds in my ear but these fit perfectly and the sound is so clear.

when it comes to audio quality, BOSE cannot be beat.....absolutely love the sound quality, the comfortable snug fit....I have a landscaping company and they have not fallen out of my ear not once....highly recommend
