Having issues with the app and switching between Bluetooth connections (with the old Sound Sport, it was very easy switching from my laptop to iPhone, etc. using the headphones themselves). I’m confident this will be addressed in future software updates.

Amazing sound, bad fit

I wish the silicone material came in smaller sizes. this was my only issue, but other than that its an amazing product. Returned mine because I needed something that was also comfortable.

Needs a volume button, and better ear tabs

The soundsport free always stayed in and were super comfortable, I don't understand how they messed that up so badly.

Posted .Hey Joe, I am so glad you love the awesome Bose sound. Have you tried the different sized ear tips in the box? Some users find that they need two different sizes for each ear as most people do not have symmetrically sized ears. In terms of volume control, it’s a feature that we’re exploring, but it’s still in research. We do not know at this time if it will be integrated. However, we encourage you to learn about all Bose products by subscribing to updates on Bose.com.

They fit my ears so well and come with replacement pieces if your ear is smaller or bigger. The sound quality is great and they are very user friendly! Good for the gym or everyday use!

Must manually change connection between iPhone and Apple Watch.

Getting older now so it’s harder to charge and I feel like they don’t last as long but I still personally love them. Only downside is I wish they worked with the left ear alone. I always have one in my right ear.
