Bought these for my dad for Christmas and he loved them. This was his first pair of wireless earbuds and he absolutely loves them. The sound quality is amazing on them.

After years of suffering through corded headphones threaded underneath a shirt while running...and "wireless" headphones with a wire that bounces on the back of my neck while running...these have provided the ultimate freedom. I don't feel that I'm silencing the outside world by listening, keeping my safe and aware while running. The charging life on the case has been great, and they've gone through 2-hr runs with more than 50% to spare. The fit is great.

They work great. I had different brand before and didn't like the way they felt in my ear and would constantly fall out so I switched to the Bose brand and love it.

Beautiful sound and comfortable, but won't pair effectively with a Chromebook. I updated the firmware like all the online chats recommend - there is no customer support, but it still drops after five minutes or so. My $30 skullcandy pairs just fine. Don't understand how Bose couldn't get this part right.

I love my Bose in my car, and my Bose portable speaker is awesome! These earbuds are the second set of Bose earbuds I’ve gotten. My first pair had really good sound but had some issues, I was hoping that they would be worked out with this being a newer model. Nope. Same problems and then some. You can only listen if you have the right earbud in, you cannot listen to the left one by itself unless you put the right one in your pocket(how I lost the first pair) and it thinks it’s in the ear. Which brings me to the next problem you cannot turn the music off if it’s in your ear so you cannot take out one of the earbuds and talk to somebody the music keeps playing if there’s an earbud in your ear or in your pocket they will keep playing too even if you close the music app in your phone, which can be a safety issue from my experience. It can take a couple of minutes to get them to connect first you have to open the case and push a button and wait for it to light up and then put it in your ear and see if it’s gonna work sometimes you have to put it back in the case, I’ve never had to restart my Bluetooth so many times with any other headphones or Bluetooth device. Recently one time the left ear was quieter and the right ear was louder and Thar went on for like 12 hours and then it went back. Another time it sounded like there was static. The wind affects your connection. And these are nowhere near the sound quality of any of my other Bose speakers that I have. There’s no base and they don’t go very loud. They’re not very comfortable they fall out you can try all the different sizes they come with and I end up switching back-and-forth because none of them fit right. Safe to say I don’t think I will buy another set of bose earbuds. These are supposed to bring me joy not stress and anxiety, as I’m trying to figure out why they won’t turn on or why I can’t hear my music.

Bose earbuds are too bulky, sound good but not worth the price.

Love these earbuds! Best I’ve ever bought. Touch controls simple to use and love the auto play feature. Would definitely recommend for others to buy

I just can't come to understand how Bose doesn't have volume control on these like really. The tips are horrible they are supposed to be sport but they can't seem to stay in my ear. Extremely disappointed with these the controls just don't seem to work I'm pressing so hard my ears hurt and i also can't get them to skip songs at all.i use them to watch Netflix but can't have them on after 20 min tips hurt my ears. On positive note the sound is Bose ur use to and the case is pretty cool. Also you don't have to have the right ear on to be able to use them like the jabra elite 75 Sound 5 Controls 1

Returned them. Didn’t love the way they fit in my ear. I have the earlier version of these hoping the newer version would have made improvements. They were smaller, and not as clunky but still too bulky. Besides the size, I really disliked that you cannot listen to the left bud solo without the right one. I also don’t like that when removing one from your ear, auto shuts off or pauses the the other one. I just want a headphone that fits properly, and works together or separately. When I run solo, especially at night, I only use one for safety reasons. On the upside… they had good sound but not my “Best Buy.”

Great quality sound for phone calls and music. People can hear you very well with these while on a phone call.

Awesome ear buds. Cant ask for better performance. Sound quality is just magnificent. Great earbuds if you have advanced sett8ngs on gour device. Surround sound is uunbelieveble

Sound is Bose quality but the life of the buds is subpar, it says 5 hours but after 3-4 weeks of use it’s less than 5 already. Then there’s no warning for when it powers off so make sure your volume is down or you’ll be blasting what ever is playing Also the right bud is the only one that can do anything you can’t even alternate earbuds….I mean you can but you have to leave the headphone case open, if you close it it disconnects. It also has this odd connecting time where its not really awake and you have to put it back in. For $130 I thought I was getting a steal clearly this is as bare as it gets.

The sound quality is very good however talking on phone people say I sound far away.

Good quality sound, comfortable fit, long battery life. All around excellent product.

I bought these as a birthday gift for my husband. He uses the earbuds for work. They stay charged for most of his work day and come with a charging case. A full charge takes about 45 minutes.
