Its a bit annoying based on the amount I spent on this item that it does not work properly.

Red Defective Light Out of the Box

It was a day that I needed to use them. After I did the exchange the day after, the ear bids worked great and the sound is amazing.

The sound quality is excellent, and very balanced for my tastes. The battery life has been good for the last two years. Connecting to devices is very easy. Perhaps the only remark against it is that the app tends to be very basic, but I feel since the sound is very balanced, it does not impact usability att all.

I thought the quality would improve. I am a fan of Bose, but I do not think these earbuds are worth the money. I also noticed that the left earbud disconnects for a second at random times, which is annoying. These earbuds also do not have an equalizer setting on the app. I own the Beats Fit Pro and wanted a purchased these as a second set. I do not have any of these problems with my Beats.

This is the second pair we have bought. The first pair was for myself, second pair for the wife. Crystal clear, full sound, and excellent battery life has left up very pleased with these headphones! The waterproof design is perfect work workouts. Definitely recommend!
