Sound quality is fundamental as ear buds stay in place while working out, and jogging. Battery life is satisfactory. Will get 5 hours of continuous play

Should have paid more attention to the reviews. Returned them and bought Apple Air Pods which fit perfectly. (Happy wife etc lol)

Thanks for your feedback. Did you know you can enable volume control in the Bose Music app? Ensure your headphones and Bose Music app are up to date with the latest firmware and in your product settings you can opt in on volume control on your touch functions.
