Do not buy! Rushed and unreliable product

This company is loosing the reputation they have built. Lost volume strength within 2 weeks. Half way through my day lol don’t be this person (me) and buy this garbage of a rushed product w lots of bugs. Dropped calls. Don’t get me started on getting the thing to connect lol

Great sound but left bud dead.

I tried troubleshooting steps I found online but none has brought sound back to the left ear. I will return it to the store for replacement but I'm a bit hesitant just replacing them. What if the next set fails after the return policy? I know, Bose warranty will still be active but that is a Level 2 hassle. I still mark it as recommended to a friend but I do it with reservations.
