The sound quality was what I expected from Bose. The size of the earbuds were small and compact, which made it easy to handle. I also liked that, when taking a phone call, the sound was in both ears. I wish the ear clips stayed in my ears better. regardless of the size, they kept coming out. Also, I would have liked volume controls on the ear buds. It’s a bit of a hassle to control the volume from the device. Finally, I would have liked them to pair with multiple devices at the same time like the Sound Sport does. I would recommend these these to someone who does expect or want a lot of functionality.

These ear buds are amazing. The noise cancelling feature works perfectly. I work out at the gym and when the music is -playing very loud, I can't hear anything but the music from my phone app. They fit very well, although, I do have small ears and sometimes have to push them into my ear. I'm so glad I bought these.

Best in earbuds you can buy. The sound quality beats AirPods, and beats. good bass and clear audio. The earbuds do not slip out during workouts or running. I recommend them.

Was looking for buds that wouldn’t fall off when I jumped since my AirPods kept falling. Found these, a little pricier than my AirPods but thought It would be worth it. Great sound. Great charging life. Thing is, I’m bad at putting the buds back. So I’ve lost my R one. And they’re not like AirPods where I can track one. The only downside is that I can’t track the case nor the buds. Other than that. Great earbuds. But not for people like I lol.

love these updated Bose Sport Earbuds. Fit is great due to multiple earpiece sizes provided. The touch controls work great. Battery life is amazing compared to prior Bose earbuds. Music playback has exceptional sound. Sound for voice calls is above average, but not excellent (connected to iPhone X).

Bought these for my son as a Christmas gift as he was unhappy with the ones he had (different maker). Claims the set he had hurt his ears and we’re always falling out when he was working out at the gym or running. He absolutely loves these for their comfort and sound they provide and the fact that they stay in place!

I have always been a fan of Bose products for their high sound quality and these headphones are not far behind, they are super comfortable, lighter than the previous model, and although you can no longer turn the volume up and down directly from the headphones this is not change the quality of this product, Bose will always be my brand of choice when it comes to sound

Good sound, good battery, good fit, okay reliability. 20% of the time only one earbud will connect to the audio and you have to go through a 10 min troubleshooting phase (kind of annoying)

Got this ear bud to replace my old outdated headphones. Bose is known for great sound quality and it is no different with these earbuds. Bluetooth connectivity is quick and the sound is rich and crisp. Making phone calls is easy with voice controls, the battery life is good and can last all day with the charger case. Great product with a reasonable price.

Generally good earbuds, comfortable to wear, good sound quality. Does not completely fill up the ear canal which for me is good, since I need to be able to hear sounds around me. My only complaint is that there is no way turn the earbuds off when not using them. If I wear them for a short time and the battery level is still very high, I have to put them back into the case, which recharges them, or else the battery will completely drain while they are not in use. The product manual says there is a setting in the Bose app to turn them off without putting them into the case but that is a lie, there is no such setting. I spent hours on the phone with their tech support about this but they had no solution. So you waste recharge cycles because you have to recharge them even if the battery is at 90%, and this shortens the life of the product since there are only so many recharge cycles before the battery fails to hold a decent charge. Not to mention the product documentation is flat-out wrong and they don't seem to care enough to correct it. I kept them because of the fit; if I could find other earbuds that fit the same that can be turned off when not in use I would buy them instead. But these are the best available that I could find.

Sound is great. Keeping them in my ear most of the time is not an issue. However, I do find myself touching them every so often to make sure they are secured in my ear. Even when using the smallest rubber piece which can be annoying when working out. For that reason, I don't think I would recommend them especially for the price. But the sound quality is great, and the battery life is pretty good as well. I don't have to charge them to often.

Love these ear buds! The sound is amazing, they are comfortable and offer size options for a more personal fit. The battery life is great and they charge pretty fast as well. I am very happy with this purchase!

Great design, fit, and sound. Only gripe is this is wish they had some sort of lock or tracking due to my first pair being stolen at the gym. Even a passcode would be cool.

These are fantastic wireless earbuds for me. I have owned the older Bose Soundsport versions for three years and these are an improvement with a slimmer design that fits well in place. I love hearing calls in both ears and the sound quality is great. I have been running 4-7 miles with great sound and they stay secure the whole time.

I have gone through many pairs of headphones that either short out or just stop working. It’s been a month and these are holding up great! Sounds is pure and clear. Bass hits hard but I wish they were louder. That would be my only complaint but it’s not a huge issue. They are still pretty loud. Highly recommend.

The bose headphones have been a very good purchase overall. I have nothing to complain about at the moment. The sound is superb, they are very comfortable and the battery lasts a long while.

These are my main earbuds for the gym and running, the sound is great, the quality is great, the comfort is great. These earbuds are very secure and will not fall out of your ears, that being said I don't use these for my day to day listening or video calls or phone calls for that matter, I only use these for the gym and running and doing activities. If by chance I have them on and I receive a phone call I will use them. For my day today calls and video calls are use the AirPods, Which are not as good an audio quality and definitely not good for running around

Great fit and great sound. Only issue I've experienced is the lack of ability to adjust volume on the earbud.

Most comfortable earbuds I have owned. Dont get ear fatigue with these. Bass is still impressive for buds. Battery life is crazy good and the port holds a charge for weeks.
