Sounds good but keeps falling out. I never had problems with the previous model, these hurt and always fall out. Yes, i tried different size inserts, didnt help.

Bulky in the ear. Background noise is loud according to person receiving call. But it's clear on your end for playing music

Excellent for music and fits really well into the ears.

Eartips make it for me. Tried a different brand because they were slightly cheaper with more features, but they ended up being uncomfortable so I returned them and went with the eartip design I know and trust. Would love it if it worked better without an app, but knew what I was getting into.

Listening to music is great sound- people say they can not hear me when talking - state I sound like I am in a tunnel and picks up all background noises. The ear pieces do not easily fit as previous pair. Maybe these are best for listening only. Fam purchases as gift :older Bose Earbuds lost battery live within 20 mins

Really good investment for a good earbud. Keeps charge for longer than expected and sound quality is awesome as usual for Bose!

I was skeptical but these earbuds are amazing! They actually stay in my ears and the sound quality is great! I would absolutely recommend!

My daughter really enjoyed her gift. She said that when on, she is emersed in the sound abd cannot hear any outside noise.

Full Disclosure. I am a Bose Brand person. I tried the Bose Quiet Comfort for running and it wasn't a good running buddy. So, I purchased Bose Sport Earbuds. Who would have thought a "Sport" Earbud would be better? Duh?

I really love my earbuds. I would say the only thing i wished is that i could use the left as i do the right. Like maybe while the right is charging i could use the left but the left is basically useless unless u r using the right as well. But overall good product.

Good quality, but high price for a bud without noise cancellation and that doesn't always stay in when I'm working out. IPX4 rating is great, though.

Bose is a great brand name. The only down fall on these earbuds is that you have to have the right ear in to answer calls. They should make it so that you can choose which ear to use especially if you have a bad right ear. Also you cannot close the case with only one ear bud in your ear and one in the case or it will disconnect. I have Samsung buds which allows one bud to be in the ear and one left in the case ans won't disconnect when closed.

Stopped working after 2 months. Poor battery stopped charging. Previous wireless sound sports are better.

This was my first bose purchase and probably was me having high expectations. they are great in built quality and have a firm fit for exercising/running. However, the audio while it is loud, it does let muchof the sound from outside get “in”. That’s why I decided to buy instead the aipods pro and it’s practically the same thing but with noice canceling tech.

I’ve been very pleased with this Bose product. So much so that I purchased a second pair. They sync well with my iPhone. I can hear telephone calls and music with no issues and I’ve never had anyone complain about not being able to hear me. I highly recommend them.

These were purchased as a gift and upon receiving them they had some battery life to it and then when it came time to charge them, they never charged at all even after trying different chargers. When I contacted Best Buy I was given the run around and never helped.
