    Kept falling out of my ear. And sound quality was just alright. Expected better from Bose

    as advertised .. nice features .. I owned a lot of BOSE headphones so far this one shows a great performance and battery life .. hopefully would last compared to older Bose headphones

    Fantastic quality while not being too isolating to the world around me. Some would probably prefer nouse canceling, but I legit forgot I had these in my ears at points

    I really wanted to love these. Sound is definitely 5 stars. However the software is 3. Half the time I have to disconnect and reconnect several time before they work correctly. Only the left eat bud works when trying to connect most the time. I’m not sure if it needs updated but the app doesn’t say anything .

      It's a shame to hear that you are experiencing some issues with connection. I would recommend that you clear the pairing list by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds. Once complete, delete the pairing on your source device and connect like a new connection. This should help to stabilize your connection.

    This is my second set of these. Lost the first ones during my out of state move and nearly cried. These are so good I just had to spend the money on another set.

    I mean they’re better than nothing but seriously I expected more from Bose. You can’t wear the left one without having the right one in at the same time, it doesn’t recognize the left one individually. Sound quality is crap, my skull candy pair are better for the caller to hear. They constantly disconnect after starting a conversation. Very bad sound quality for any phone call. Now watching any media they’re great, but who in this age exclusively watches media and doesn’t engage in conversations? I wish I would have stayed with my AirPod Pros. Don’t waste your time.

    Better than ear headed phones. They used to slide off my head when working out. Now no issues. Needed to change to small buds and pain went away.

    Terrible battery life, sometimes connects, and sometimes does not. If used only one of the earbuds, the battery will drain on the other one as well even though it’s in the case. Teri blue item. Do not waist your money.

    I like the older version of this. The bose soundsports is way better. The sound is a lot clearer than this new one.
