I've always wanted a set of noise cancelling ear buds, and I got them! The black ones were a gift from me to my hubster, lol . He wears them out when cutting the lawn, cleaning the pool and lounging with a cocktail after a long day in the yard. All I can say is "PERFECT" addition to my collection of electronics.

Sound quality is good but no noise isolation with these buds and volume is very low, even with full volume I can hear others talking. Recently started issue left ear bud some time disconnects and we have to unpaired and pair again to make it work

The Sport Earbuds do not include active noise cancellation technology. Maybe you would be more suited to our QuietComfort Earbuds if the noise cancellation feature is something that is important to you.
Sorry you have faced some connectivity issues. Do try clearing the pairing list of your earbuds; press and hold the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds until you hear "Bluetooth device list cleared." Once cleared, your product is ready to connect a new device. This should provide you with improvements.
