Great sound but too big

I'm a petite female and I continually this issue so it's certainly not Bose specific, but I had to give them to my husband as they simply don't fit in my ear holes.

The correct fit of these buds is important to ensure that the buds stay in. Did you know the earbuds have three different sized eartips? I would recommend giving all the sizes a try. This is the second pair we have bought. The first pair was for myself, second pair for the wife. Crystal clear, full sound, and excellent battery life has left up very pleased with these headphones! The waterproof design is perfect work workouts. Definitely recommend!

Not the Bose quality you expect!

I thought the quality would improve. I am a fan of Bose, but I do not think these earbuds are worth the money. I also noticed that the left earbud disconnects for a second at random times, which is annoying. These earbuds also do not have an equalizer setting on the app. I own the Beats Fit Pro and wanted a purchased these as a second set. I do not have any of these problems with my Beats.

The sound quality is excellent, and very balanced for my tastes. The battery life has been good for the last two years. Connecting to devices is very easy. Perhaps the only remark against it is that the app tends to be very basic, but I feel since the sound is very balanced, it does not impact usability att all.
