    [Employee of bestbuy] It’s a disappointed products from Bose! Pose never have had poor Quality like this product, it disconnects of the phone, it does not connect every single time you grab it and in order to use the left one you have to use the right one with it as well! Usually I give five star review for Bose product, but this one is not recommended!

    I use them for webinars and on walks. I love them. Good sound. My ear canals are small so most earbuds fall out. Not these. It's great not to have to look for them on the ground when going for a walk.

    They sound good but I have a lot of trouble with the process of tapping the earbud to change the functions. Like skipping a song. It rarely works I have to use my phone.
