Other then that I like the bass but they could be better noise canceling and i cant use just the left ear bud that only works with the right ear bud only

The only thing I don’t like is no one can hear me clearly on the phone when you have to answer a call to in between songs. And the battery life on these suck!!!

Was so happy with my previous Bose Sound Sports that I was so excited to upgrade to these, but they have been terrible. You can only connect to one device at a time, so I have to open my ipad, click on the app, disconnect the earbuds, then go to my phone, and reconnect to the phone Every. Single. Time. I want to swap which device I am using to listen to. It's not smart enough to know the one sending a signal is the one to stream from. Plus the volume control is terrible. Some apps come through so softly you can barely hear it, and there is no way to increase the volume, on the app it says it's maxed out, but other apps it's extremely loud. Plus Best But 24/7/365 online customer service, has 7am-11pm hours. Figure that one out. So couldn't get help when I needed is (I work nights)

Sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your purchase. The Sport earbuds can store up to 7 paired Bluetooth devices but only be connected to one at a time in single-point mode. We understand many customers manage multiple devices that are paired to the earbuds and would like to see improvements in the method used to switch between these devices. We hear you and we have started exploratory work to understand how we can improve this experience for you. There is no set timeline for when or if this may be available, but we will continue to update our customers when additional information as it is known.
In terms of volume control, we have added on-board touch controls in order to adjust the volume. You need to go into the settings within the Bose Music app and enable this on your earbuds.

I usually use one earbud so that I’m aware of my surroundings with my other ear. These earbuds you have to wear both to activate all features. Not great so will be returning these and researching the other Bose model if not I’ll just stick to Apple AirPods.

Posted .Hey, it's great that you enjoyed the sound of these earbuds. if you're looking for earbuds with noise cancellation, check out the QuietComfort Earbuds.
Due to the technical limitations with true wireless earbuds, they're not intended to be use just 1 ear at a time. However, you can achieve this by either of the following ways:
- Using just the right earbud
- Using the left earbud, but ensure the right earbud is either left outside of the case, or in the case with the lid open. This is because the right earbud is the primary earbuds and needs to be active in order for the left earbud to work.
