Also, rotating the right earbud too far back (or forward) could impact the mic quality. I had been waiting for the price to drop and found them on sale. The setup was easy to set up through the app on my phone. I like the secure fit in my ears. I know they won’t fall out. I was a little disappointed that the noise reduction was not what I expected. I can hear back ground noise when my music is playing unless I turn up the volume really loud. The tap on left earbud to skip songs took a few try’s for it to do what it was suppose to but now it works.

Posted .Hey there, I am so glad that the set up of your headphones was quick and easy for you. I am also excited to hear that they fit perfectly. As your headphones are not noise cancelling, this may be why you are unhappy with the noise reduction. The StayHear Max tips included have an umbrella shape, which creates a gentle seal at the entrance of the ear canal for optimal audio performance.
The new eartip design has the added benefit of creating a more airtight seal between the ear and the earbud, which results in better bass and overall audio sound.

The sound quality is much better than the previous ones. They are equal to home versions of the Bose headphones. All the adjustments are very responsive and great sound quality.
