Great at first!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the first year they were great! Had a really good tone and bass for listening to music and watching movies! Talking and hearing with others was good. Then people started saying that they couldn't hear me and that it sounded muffled. This was after only a year!

Good open ear buds
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones have great sound quality. They don't hurt my ears. And with all my ear issues not having them go inside my ear is great! The only thing i don't like about them is the separate charging dock for them. I wish the case would charge them.

Sound 10. Comfort 0
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound was awesome. Very difficult to get on and very uncomfortable once on. I thought because it went over the ear it would be more comfortable. I was wrong. Had to return them. Bought the sound sport wireless. Love them!

Can we purchase additional charger?
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Charger is very different from all other chargers you may own. Same issue with charger for eyewear Bose speakers. Sound is clear and these over-the-ear’phones’ are definitely for individuals who need to hear surroundings. In NYC, if your on a bicycle, this may prevent a $100 fine. Should look into that.

Bose over-the-ear headphone.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely love these over the ear headphones. Love the sound and ease of use. Highly recommend. They have fit me wonderful but I can see where the back of them can be difficult for some.

Great concept, not for $200 though
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these for use at work on the grill to be able to hear orders being called while listening to music. Didn't even get the chance to wear them to work. Got home and had multiple complaints. 1, they're massive. If you have any ear piercings above the lobe, or wear glasses, don't even think about trying them. 2, for $200 they sound equal than my $45 Razer Hammerheads. And last, but certainly not least, the case. The case itself is very high quality to look at and touch, however there is no magnet in it to hold the earbuds still. For being sport earbuds they sure expect you to put them away on a flat surface. Overall I don't recommend them. Maybe in a couple generations when they're smaller and better sounding, but definitely not now, not for double pixel buds or airpods.

Posted .Hello! Sorry to hear that you had experienced some issues with the earbuds. Just so you know, you can wear the earbuds with glasses, just make sure that you put the earbuds on first before putting on your glasses. Also, the charging base will hold the earbuds magnetically, the earbuds need to be placed in a certain way, in order for them to snap in place. Great idea, but falls short!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good sound and great idea, but lousy battery life! To add insult to injury the case that these come in aren’t a charging one like almost all other Bose products. Too bad! You have to carry around a special charging cable if you’re going to use them for more than a couple of hours. I’m disappointed.

Posted .Hey! I'm pleased you love the sound quality of your Open Earbuds. The provided carry case will help keep your earbuds safe and ready to use. One full charge will provide eight hours of battery life to keep you going throughout your day. If you're not receiving this, try a product reset to clear any minor errors. If you continue to have difficulties with battery life, reach out to Bose at https://bose.life/38Q1vZs and we'll be happy to get things resolved! Sam - Bose Customer Support

Very disappointed
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this because I’ve always been a Bose user; however, the first pair had to be returned because they weren’t charging. And then I had the exact same issue with the second pair. It’s a simple process of seating them into the charger—no brainer as the magnet draws them into the correct position. Yet, neither pair gave me the white blinking charging light. I left the second pair on the charger overnight, but they were still at the same 40% charge they arrived with from the store. Heading back to the store to return them later today. Very disappointed as these seemed like they would’ve been really great to own.

Posted .I am sorry to hear that you are returning your Sport Open earbuds. I would like to help further by providing some information in case you decide to try these again.
Although the earbuds will magnetically snap in place to the charging base, the earbuds do need to go on the base in a specific orientation in order to take on a charge. I have provided a link to our support article that shows how to position the earbuds for charging: https://bose.life/3FsRkv6.

New earbuds
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m overall very happy with these earbuds...but I find one thing lacking compared to my previous (in ear) version. The charge does not seem to last as long as other ear buds I have owned.

Cause Paint to wear it.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent sound, sadly the design of the product make it really hard to wear it. it cause a lot of paint to wear the earbuds. So how a great sound can be of help when you can't use it and when your use it it cause paint to yourself

So so
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The battery without using discharge fast. The cable were you charge doesn’t come with protection and has to be expose. This should be better case to charge. I’m talking about this product.

Really Nice, Better than Expected
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got these for my wife and she really loves them. She uses them daily and will not even consider replacing them. Her ears are sensitive, so we tried these expecting the sound to suffer from the design. We were definitely wrong. They sound great. The bass and mid-tones really come through while allowing the wearer to hear their surroundings. Battery life is really good, however I cannot say how long since she places them on the charge pad after each use and she doesn't wear them for over 2 hours.

I lost a bit respect for Bose.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to return my first pair because the charger did not work. Second pair works fine. They sound decent enough and work for me. The fact that $200 doesn’t get you a charging case is why 3 stars.

Bose is just a name
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you wear glasses and have cute little ears you will have to pick a struggle. You could also be creative and use a headband to keep them on… Sounds ok… Travel with the special charger because they don’t keep a charge

Amazing sound
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Exceptional Sound... was quite impressed. Reason why I had to return them was due to privacy during calls...Everyone in the room can hear your phone conversations. seconds they were bulky and would feel heavy on the ear.

I heard the car behind me!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got these to use my my new Citizen watch while walking for exercise. One: they are quite comfortable. Two: they sound really good considering the design. Three: they allowed me to hear a car that pulled up behind me while I was walking. I never liked wearing in ear or over ear head phones because they blocked outside sounds such as an approaching car. With these headphones I can hear a car or a dog. I've always liked my Bose headphones and this is one more pair I'd recommend to anyone especially it you want to wear headphones and walk/jog/run.

They’re better when you don’t wear a mask
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Surprisingly good sound quality. Fits snug on the ear. Only issue is I could not wear them properly with a mask. They don’t sit in the ear so the mask messes with the only points of contact of the headphones.
