Material quality feels like cheep plastic. The plastic parting line for the headphones is uncomfortable and cuts into your ear which surprised me as I expect more from Bose. The headphones are not adjustable and dont work with my larger ears. The interface for these headphones is not smart which is another surprise for earbuds that are brand new. No charging case or magnetic secure in headphone case. Will be returning them. Sound quality is ok.

We have some helpful tips on making sure you get the best fit. If you wear glasses take them off and fit the earbuds first, then put your glasses back on. Other tips can be found here https://bose.life/3zlXb2t.
The battery life is expected to be 8 hours at normal volume levels. Above normal volume levels the battery life can be reduced. Make sure that when not in use that the earbuds are connected to the charger as they will continue to drain battery when not charging. I cannot stand the in-the-ear style earbuds but thought I would eventually have to get used to them. I’m very active and never thought that an open ear style would stay in place. I can do yoga, handstand push-ups, and walking handstands without worrying about these falling off. The sound quality is excellent and I can still have a conversation with someone without having to take them off.

I have tried many in ear earbuds that constantly fell out of my ears, But after using them for a week, they are comfortable, stay in place while walking and riding a bike and sound great. Definitely recommend these for people who have had trouble with other types of earbuds.

Only complaints, no easy way to mute call? Not that I have figured out anyway. Also, wish it would hook up to at least 2 phones at once for all of us who run with 2! Other then that, never an issue hearing anyone, comfortable and can easily be worn with sunglasses and cap with no discomfort. Great product, would expect nothing less from Bose

The open ear design allow me not only to hear what's going on around me but also what I'm listening to. I'm not a fan of in ear buds because I lose my sense of surrounding ie..i can't hear people coming up behind me. My sense of awareness is not lost on these Headphones. Plus, the quality of sound that you would expect from bose, is top notch. Amazing i must say.

I use them for video conferences, listening to music. They have never fallen off. I run 3 miles on a treadmill and they don't budge. They updated the headphones a couple days after I got them to include volume adjustment. It was a fast update. They are a little strange to get used to, but I like that they don't go into my ear. They just sit on the top of my ear. The sound is great.
