These headphones are comfortable. As for the volume it’s not as loud and I believe it’s because the way the speaker sits on top of the ear. I like them though. I do recommend these headphones.

Great headset for runners and bikers I use mine for riding my bicycle on the local trails they work great for hearing other things going on around me

Feels good wearing them doing workouts, and other tasks. Doesn't cover the whole ear and allows you to hear other things around as opposed to earbuds. Can't venture to far away from them

So let me start by saying that calling them earbuds is not a completely arcuate description. With that said I got them for what they are "Open Air". Using them for exercise and wearing around work I can still hear people and objects around me, they are perfect for that. The sound is not the best I have heard from Bose but it is still a good audio experience. The fit is good and I wear glasses) takes some time to get the hang of "installing' them on your Helix, but one mastered they do fit well. The one issue that I have with them is the "hard" plastic they are made from, it does fatigue my ear after about 3-4 hours of use.

Very disappointed in the design. I waited for years for Bose to come out with headphones like these. The headphones feel insecure on your ear. Sound quality is not what I am used to with Bose product. I would not recommend.

Love these open earbuds! Very comfortable, no more ear pain from buds that fit in the ear. These rest on the ear lobe and stay on fairly well. Good clear sound for listening to my audiobooks.

Absolutely love the way these are positioned on the ear. I can hear my music and still hear my surrounding. The sound is also Bose quality audio.

Great sound and comfort and they don’t fall out when you go out for a run. Only gripe is that Bose should have integrated the charging unit with the storage case like other Bose sport earbuds.

Best wireless ear buds I’ve ever had. They never come off or get loose when I run or work out. Sound quality is great. A bit expensive, but we’ll worth the money

This was exactly the type of earbuds I was looking for. True wireless and open ear. Yet Bose dropped the ball here in multiple areas. First of, no charging case... really?!? 2nd weird charger, I assumed these would at least charge using usb-c or micro-usb. Yet no, Bose drops the ball again this charges with a custom charger, so if it breaks or gets lost. Game over! Speaking of game over. Within the 2nd week of owning these, they stopped charging. Since this is a custom charger, I'm not spending 30 dollars to troubleshoot if the issue lays with the charger. I'm thankful this happened within the return timeframe. Returning is what I shall do.

3/15/2021 These are a god send for those who need to stay in touch and hear the environment. the sound is great, like listening to music without earphones. I tried them, I am very happy.

I just returned my 2nd earbuds (each within 10 days of getting them). Below are the issues: - There was no audio from the left earbud even after resetting and trying to recharge multiple times. - While on the charger, the left earbud kept flashing white and red and the Bose app showed it as offline. - Not sure why the left earbud discharges a lot quicker than the right...or it takes a lot more time to fully charge. I'm waiting on the 3rd replacement. If I have the same issues, that's it with this device for me.

You figure with the Bose name, how can you go wrong? The issues I have had are they are not the easiest to put on your ear, and the sound isn't as crisp. It's not what I am used to from Bose. Once you get them on, they will not fall off your ear!!

These earbuds do not cancel out background noise. Also, I expected volume control on these itself, which does not seem possible, you have to do it at the source. Otherwise, they seem more robust than the item I had before.

Other ear buds didn't work for my husband. Decided to try these. They've been great, no issues staying on and sound quality is perfect.

Sounds good.. To raise volume or lower it. It didn’t work after a week. Didn’t stay on as designed. When doing exercises on my side. Quality of sound was good.

These have really amazing sound. And they're a comfortable fit. They can be a bit tricky to put on with eyeglasses or sunglasses, but they seem to stay put once they're on.

These buds were given as a gift. The recipient said that the sound was excellent without drowning out surrounding noise. The buds sit on the ear which eliminates ear fatigue.

Doesn't fit the ear well. Extremely bulky and heavy on the ear. Im so disappointed on the audio quality from the leader such as Bose. Im returning it back to the store asap.
